Everything was easy to do online. At one stage I was surprised because I had to bring up some fotos online. Because I had no fotos, I had to stop and do it all again the next day. It would be helpful to give a hint at the beginning of the applicationform.
it was fine experience but the necessity of providing a review was not appreciated.

The application went smoothly until the money was taken. Only then did you require a photo. My husband was at work so it was delayed. Please improve the flow of things and acquire all needed info before you require payment.
The experience was fine. I would have preferred the birthdate to be inputted directly instead of flipping back through calendars/years to arrive at the correct date.
I had lots of problems with the app. It didn't like that I had more than 1 previous last name. I always got an immediate response from someone with suggestions.

Excellent process, not fully AI driven yet. Easy, without distractions. This is only going to get better with time, and it is already very very good.
Instructions were fairly clear. Time spent on process was not extremely long.

As I said earlier, I tried to apply on the link with the reminder email sent to me on the 5th Sept stating-….”your NZeTA runs out in a couple of months. I tried a few times in October and got the same reply “Apply on line-and I did” Then the reply came- thanks check your emails, but nothing came. I then usedNZeTA application form and everything was then simple. The only thing I could have done wrong was trying to apply b4 the 2023 previous 2 year NZeTA had expired 5th Nov 2025 ,I think..
A little pricey but worth it to have the process easy and quick.

In general, a well guided and extremely speedy service. For someone not so comfortable with IT, it was easy to follow. The wording was simple and website well thought out. The IVL for supporting infrastructure on tourism was automatically added to the total cost, giving me confidence it was done correctly. The only issue I came across, my phone was not compatible to upload my photo and the 'confirm' button could have been after each statement rather than at the end of all three statements, causing a slight confusion.
Navigating difference sites, which was quite a headache as the visa system has change in the 2 years since I required an updated visa. I found this straight forward till taking photos which I found a bit confusing. The showing of the different prices was certainly a must as other sites where a little misleading.
App was easy to download and pretty straight forward and easy to understand.
The photo process is nerve wracking if you wear glasses and can't see the process.
Clear, quick and easy to use. Even the support with taking the picture was real good.
Easy registration. However it would help if you were notified upfront that pictures needed to be taken and uploaded.
In the end a good service, but you have to do something about your chatbot, which gives noon relevant responses and didn't seem to understand any question. It also did not connect me with an agent when I asked for it, until an hour later when I rated the chatbot at the lowest level.
I did struggle at first, using the app, to apply for the visa, but after about 3 attempts managed to get a visa for myself and at the same time for my husband which was great. I like the option of downloading a photograph rather than taking a selfie (which I find impossible). I like the speed of the process, with our visas returned within 24 hours.
It's a great website and very useful, but I think it's a little expensive to only receive a digital paper that really only says that my application has been approved.

I appreciated being able to get the visa online relatively quickly. Some of the directions were not as clear as they should have been and that prolonged the process a bit.
My only problem was uploading a photo on file. That did not seem to work for me. I finally just took a photo while doing the application and that seemed to work.
It wasn’t too clear when I got your email what actually constitutes the ivisa. I asked a friend who had used ivisa and they were able to explain it is electronic and linked to passport and your email just notifies that ivisa is granted. I wasn’t sure until then what I had to do, eg whether I needed to download an electronic Visa from somewhere or whether your email was the ivisa. I thought the fees were high in addition to cost of visa. Also when applying electronically it would be good to let people know that you need a photo after you have taken payment and that the passport photo is is not sufficient. The photo requirements are quite stringent so we had a few photos rejected. If I had known that was required o would have waited until I was together in same place as daughter before doing the application
Website is easy to navigate. Instructions are clear. Tutorial on taking a selfie acceptable to NZ Immigration was very helpful.
Start early just in case (weeks before travel) but u never know what obstacles u could run into. the process time is short if all is well (1day)
Easy and quick. The only problem I had was trying to take a selfie. The app kept saying that "glasses were detected" even though I wasn't wearing any. Third time was a charm!

The Australia visa was mostly good. I did have trouble with scanning the passport and finding the chip. I got caught in a cycle of scanning the passport after trying to find the chip. Otherwise it went smoothly.
Had a hard time getting my passport to scan. Tried many times. Other than that it was very easy to follow.
I needed a visa for Australia and NewZealand , your was much easier
Applying for the visa was seamless. The government website is terrible. Only complaint is that it seems a bit overpriced.

I wasn't told by my travel agent that I needed a visa. I was unable to board- I contacted iVisa and within 72 hours I received my Visa. { was able to go on my vacay only losing 3 days
This site is good with clear instructions however I would recommend that someone well skilled in computer form filling should be assisting
It was fairly easy to use in comparison to some of the other sites
Fast but need to work on making the process where you can do it all without having to go back and forth to see information needed. Site was always shutting off and I would have to renter it. But over all very good my biggest issue is that it requires me to give a travel date and I can’t be certain if I can get a ticket yet so I don’t know if that date of travel will match yet
Oh, hey it was a great experience. I so appreciate the ease with which we're able to handle such things these days. The one knock I have (and look, I may have overlooked this), but I didn't realize I needed to upload a photo. No problem, just took a selfie - but I was also working on my fiancée's visa application and had to interrupt her at work. That's fine too, but I paid for the expedite and it wasn't obvious she was going to be able to send me a photo right away. Aside from that minor "heads-up, applicant" type of thing, GREAT experience.
All very efficient but had trouble downloading the visa as it was not displayed in my account although this was put right by one of your operatives sending me a separate link.
I had great difficulty in uploading a suitable photo Part of the problem was "no message" saying photo "unsuitable" As a first time user, could have done with such feedback This is the reason for it being a 4* rather than 5* rating
Good one stop shop for visa however it would be better if you were clearer earlier on regarding the additional admin fee you charge as it significantly increase the cost of the visa.
smooth sailing until we got to the to the part to upload and move photo into space provided. The window prior did not allow us to see if the photo was installed. Hence e tried several times. In the end e were not sure if the photo was updated or not.
1st time used so no benchmark to measure by.Timing & overlap of emails when trying to solve an issue slightly frustrating.
