Going to New Zealand for the very first time. Didn't know if we need a visa. Once I learn about iVisa, my experience of booking for 4 people was one of the easiest.
At 77 years of age, my computer skills are rudimentary to say the least. The Visa Customer Support was second to none. Customer Support guided me through a lengthy and for me complicated process until completion. Before starting the Visa process make sure that you have suitable facial photographs to download to the form.

They mentioned a levy on tourists so when I was charged extra besides the visa charge I thought it was for the levy instead of faster service which showed other extra charges for fast service.
We found the process of applying for a transit visa relatively easy enabling us to continue our onward journey without any delays or problems.

Everything was easy to do online. At one stage I was surprised because I had to bring up some fotos online. Because I had no fotos, I had to stop and do it all again the next day. It would be helpful to give a hint at the beginning of the applicationform.

The application went smoothly until the money was taken. Only then did you require a photo. My husband was at work so it was delayed. Please improve the flow of things and acquire all needed info before you require payment.
The experience was fine. I would have preferred the birthdate to be inputted directly instead of flipping back through calendars/years to arrive at the correct date.

As crazy as the application is to follow, Intoughed it out until after three photo submissions and all were rejected, I gave up. But I went back 6 hours later and reached out to a live person through contact us email. Lusil was just wonderful. Aaled me to resend to her what I had rejected from the web site. She went above and beyond helping me puck one of the three they did accept. After that texting messaging/marathon it was less than 2 hours to receive a positive confirmation that iVisa was approved. So do not give up but instead go to first page and look for contact us to reach out.
I dislike that I was not able to cancel my Visa purchase within 10 minutes of making the purchase. Know that once you pay, the visa process is immediate with no chance of a refund. Otherwise, the visa was processed quickly without errors.
Filling out the documentation was effortless.However the cost is astronomical! I paid $20.00 Australia’ visa, and New Zealand’s is OVER $200.00!
