As I said earlier, I tried to apply on the link with the reminder email sent to me on the 5th Sept stating-….”your NZeTA runs out in a couple of months. I tried a few times in October and got the same reply “Apply on line-and I did” Then the reply came- thanks check your emails, but nothing came. I then usedNZeTA application form and everything was then simple. The only thing I could have done wrong was trying to apply b4 the 2023 previous 2 year NZeTA had expired 5th Nov 2025 ,I think..

In general, a well guided and extremely speedy service. For someone not so comfortable with IT, it was easy to follow. The wording was simple and website well thought out. The IVL for supporting infrastructure on tourism was automatically added to the total cost, giving me confidence it was done correctly. The only issue I came across, my phone was not compatible to upload my photo and the 'confirm' button could have been after each statement rather than at the end of all three statements, causing a slight confusion.

Navigating difference sites, which was quite a headache as the visa system has change in the 2 years since I required an updated visa. I found this straight forward till taking photos which I found a bit confusing. The showing of the different prices was certainly a must as other sites where a little misleading.

once downloaded app it was an easy process to get Visa's for an upcoming trip to New Zealand. I was able to do both my wife and myself in the same transaction. Only concern was the cost of the Visa's, especially when comparing to Visa for Australia.

We applied for a visa to NZ and paid for the super fast service. We were advised that we would receive the evisa in 2 hours.We did not get the visa in 2 hours and not in time to catch our flight and had to spend an extra night in LA. We were told that the NZ government had pulled our application for special review and the visa was not issued until the next day after application. When the visa arrived it had a typo - adding an extra number- in one of the passport numbers and was nearly rejected by Delta airlines because the visa did not match the passport. The airline called NZ and got permission to accept the visa. I believe the reason our visa application was pulled for special review is because there was a typo in of the passport numbers. One of the steps in the process was for your staff to review the evisa application. If the typo was in the application your staff should have caught ti - or if the typo was in the visa that issued your staff review should still have caught it. In any case we wasted the $499.00 we spent for super fast service from Ivisa and spend another $200.00 for a night in a hotel near LAX. I cannot recommend your service to anyone else.

How do I cancel my visa. You do not have an Email address that receives mail, hence not able to get questions answered.
