iVisa's super-rush service that saved our trip. Very stupidly got visas for the wrong country and found out only an hour before our flights. Our vacation would have been cancelled without them. Was a very expensive mistake. Recommend to have the airline continue to check, iVisa's auth came through to the airline almost an hour before I got the confirmation e-mail from them.
Promised to have our visa ready by a certain time. It didn't happen especially when I paid extra to have the visa rushed through. Waste of money. Wouldn't touch them ever again

I want a full refund as I asked for in my email of yesterday. You misrepresented yourself as an official NZ visa offer. you didn't get the visa in time and I had to go through the NZ site which produced the visa in 5 minutes. this service is a scam and I want a full refund.
I used the wrong app for what I wanted, and did not realise until I had paid the fee.
In the end a good service, but you have to do something about your chatbot, which gives noon relevant responses and didn't seem to understand any question. It also did not connect me with an agent when I asked for it, until an hour later when I rated the chatbot at the lowest level.

I paid for "Super Rush" and it took at least 12 hours to get my visa approved, not the 2 that was promised. I would like to be refunded the RUSH fee as the service was not delivered!! This "Super Rush" fee is a scam!
It was quick and user friendly web site. By the way it asked my photo either selfie or passport size and not seen that on my visa. Please help me
Really simple and easy to make the application. Received approval in a few hours. Excellent service.
Easy to apply for and secure. Too many websites asking for more money and possible fraud. Hard to tell legitimate NZeTA visas. Application approved in about one day.

First, the process is very friendly and easy to do. It's very important to stay in touch and track the process.

It was easy and I got a response in no time. The only downside was the price. Too expensive for in transit. I am in transit and will be there only 1 day. Otherwise great!!
Instructions required going to separate sites such as for photos and did not provide clear links. Entire process took me over two hours. Have ended up with a sheet saying I completed the process but does not look like and official pass. Did I miss something?
I did struggle at first, using the app, to apply for the visa, but after about 3 attempts managed to get a visa for myself and at the same time for my husband which was great. I like the option of downloading a photograph rather than taking a selfie (which I find impossible). I like the speed of the process, with our visas returned within 24 hours.
We didn't know we need an ETA for New Zealand and went to iVisa and you were able to complete the information immediately. Thank you so much will always come here to get additional visa's for other countries we will visit in the future!
Unfortunately, having visited NZ many times in the past we were not aware that the visa requirements had changed and we needed to apply online for one. In order to fly that day we used the App which worked reasonable well. The only complaint was the high cost that is totally out of all proportion to the process and a total rip off by the NZ authorities. Well done guys.

I took a picture of my visa it was processed incorrectly I missed my flight had to spend $300 for a new visa per your incompetence and now paid $3000. Because of your error
It's a great website and very useful, but I think it's a little expensive to only receive a digital paper that really only says that my application has been approved.
I didn’t need a visa for NZ. I wasted £139+ totally unnecessarily.
My trip had to be cancelled because I did not receive my visa in time. The company had been dodging me about refunding their fees.

😒 Conversations were very pleasant, but NEVER solved the problem. I was continually given “standard line information“ The stress and anxiety were not a great way to start a trip. Secondly I never had a hyperlink connecting me to the correct app. I enrolled into a visa program that charged double for an expedited case. I spent 36 hours of planning for a layover in LAX. ADDED COST, FLIGHT, and STRESS! No one was willing to respond or take authoritative action on a weekend. Every time I checked online, I repeatedly was told wait “24hours before” Please refund the IVisa.
The instructions were easy to follow and they were straightforward. The process is quick and seamless.

I booked this trip months ago, and the airline did not specify needing a visa. I’ve travelled to NZ many times & this was a new thing. I missed my flight and connections. I appreciated being able to get the visa online relatively quickly. Some of the directions were not as clear as they should have been and that prolonged the process a bit.
My only problem was uploading a photo on file. That did not seem to work for me. I finally just took a photo while doing the application and that seemed to work.
I love the constant communication and letting me know every step of the way. It’s a wonderful app. I’ve used it many times and I have recommend it.
It wasn’t too clear when I got your email what actually constitutes the ivisa. I asked a friend who had used ivisa and they were able to explain it is electronic and linked to passport and your email just notifies that ivisa is granted. I wasn’t sure until then what I had to do, eg whether I needed to download an electronic Visa from somewhere or whether your email was the ivisa. I thought the fees were high in addition to cost of visa. Also when applying electronically it would be good to let people know that you need a photo after you have taken payment and that the passport photo is is not sufficient. The photo requirements are quite stringent so we had a few photos rejected. If I had known that was required o would have waited until I was together in same place as daughter before doing the application
The process was super easy and results quick. Sent notices every step of the way to keep you updated. Only challenging part was getting the photo right.

I am shocked at the major price hike. And also I am not sure why the visa doesn’t begin when we enter the country. I didn’t my visa ahead of time and it asked me my arrival date so I assumed it would expire 2 years from that date. But it expires 2 years from my application date so I lost 6 weeks out of the 2 years I expected.
Information upon completion is superb. I have everything I need to to check on or retrieve my visas. I did have submission issues with photos, but it turned out okay.
Easy and quick. The only problem I had was trying to take a selfie. The app kept saying that "glasses were detected" even though I wasn't wearing any. Third time was a charm!

There were two things that I wish were different 1) The inability to see, in a timely manner, whether or not the pictures that were sent were satisfactory 2) The cost of obtaining the visa. Info needed upfront Would have been nice to know passport info and pic were needed to complete application. Had to save and exit twice - secure items - one of which was at home, and the other I had to purchase to upload - because full disclosure wasn't made in the beginning
