My New Zealand Visa came so fast. THe Australian one will take time since I am not getting the photo right. It was good enough for New Zealand. So I just sent 6 different photo's in 2 mailings. I hope to find out this week.
Not sure if it’s a problem on your site or Australian government. I had to take the picture so many times. Everything else was very easy and manageable.
It took me some time to complete the visas, but I think it's OK.
This experience has been very stressful for me. I know nothing about the internet and trying to get a passport picture and personal picture has been extremely hard. Don’t know if everything is ok yet.
The photo business was a little tricky. As someone who is not into selfies, it took 3 attempts to get it right for the requirements. The questionnaire etc was fine and despite the inadequacies of the photographer (me) the entire process took only 48 hours.
The process is easy. The only problem is when you try to chat with them or use WhatsApp, they keep saying that they don't recognize the e mail. This is the very same e mail address that they use to send all notifications. You guys need to look into it and seek higher levels of customer satisfaction. It will help. Overall, the experience is just awesome. Thank you.
The process was fairly simple but I am unsure whether the page to print out is the required visa or not.

Easy to download app. Simple steps to follow! Had a bit of a problem with selfie but ok in the end.
The application process was fairly painless. I wish it was cheaper to use this app.
24/7 correspondence is great. But, when someone is having a problem with the photo for instance, sending them the same email is not helpful. Your team was polite. Your photo directions are not user friendly. 3 women applying for NZ visa, only 1 got it correct the first time.
At first I was worried because I thought it took 48 hours for it to process. Idk if it’s because if it was running on NZ time. I got my approval in 5 days. I felt relieved after that. The main thing is that I got it approved before my trip. Thank you.

It was expedited on the same day. We were unaware of the need for a visa prior to boarding. This is a change from the past and no airline mentioned this.

Very quick & efficient service. Infuriating for our 2nd attempt as the photo (tried 20 times) has not been accepted.
Information entry was easy and clear except for the photo upload which was extremely difficult!
I found difficulty in uploading the photograph as a not very tech savvy person. Once the application was on its way, I would like to have spoken to a real person with my questions. It felt as though I was in contact with a machine.
It was not easy to print the VISA’s. It worked with the APP but we tried the PDF first and got nowhere. We are in our 70’s and not well versed in the IT world. Just give us something to print and be done with it!
The forms were easy to fill out. I wasn't clear about how I was being charged, though. I understood, up front, that I would be charged $33 for the application/form. I didn't understand that I would be responsible for paying an additional processing fee ($50), so was surprised that I really needed to pay $80+ altogether. It would have been more clear if I had been given the choice at the beginning to pay $80+ ($33 for the "visa" and $50 for processing) OR $120+ ($33 for the visa and $90 for the rush processing,) etc. Obviously, it's not a deal-breaker, I just feel like my expectations weren't set well by the site interaction. Once my application was submitted, the communication of receipt and completion was excellent. And I appreciate you asking for a review.

Very good app but the photo portion of the app is difficult. Also unclear as to the start date: is it departure or arrival?
It was easy to complete except for the picture, but once I figured it out, it was ok. Biggest problem is we kept getting emails that stated we had to complete the application and when I would go to it, I could not see or find anything. Not sure if that is a confirmation on the email end or what but it was confusing
I found this process very straight forward, simple, and easy. I would definitely use this again. The only reason I did not give a 5th star is due to the attempt to sell me more things than I felt I needed. Not high-pressure, just subtle.
Paying extra to get eTA in 4 hours and then not getting it, is a little annoying. The online support is great though.
Only question was if the final paper in the email was our actual visa paper we would need to use in traveling or if a more formal visa would be coming. You might want to state that the email was the visa and no further paper would be coming.
The website was a little confusing, leaving me unsure where I needed to get an "account" to check on my status. Otherwise, the service was extremely fast.
Just one technical concern...after entering all my info on the application, I wasn’t able to complete it with a password. I had to receive another email to reset my password and then continue. Otherwise, your website was pretty easy.
They were fast and communicative. For the expense, they did a pretty good job. I just feel it is not worth the extra expense when applying for New Zealand or Australia. I didn't appreciate the fact that they seemed to be so official when in fact they are simply a handler for dealing directly with the government, and Google searches came up with them FIRST instead of the actual government link. For me, it would have been a LOT cheaper to have gone through the government site instead of them. Really wish I had known that ahead of time. I realize I am to blame for that in part, but just my gripe with them and the Google results.
The service was quick, I received the NZeTA approval within one day. I am unhappy with the letter I downloaded because instead of a link to referenced websites the whole https:// address in printed, making a very sloppy letter. There is no letterhead on the letter and that worries me a bit. Is it possible to be sent another letter with letterhead? Thanks
