I was having some concern with my visa so I went on live chat. The person who helped me was wonderful and took care of my concern.
I was issued the visa within 5 hours for one country and less than 12 for the second country using the Standard. I also added the embassy registry.
Easy and convenient. I was also worried that because I have a different nationality than where my physical address was, I thought there would be confusion but the questions covered everything!

So many times visa and travel items are difficult, I found your process both painless and easy to complete, very user friendly. I'm 70 years old and not very computer 'smart', so I thank you for the way you present and add to my travel experience. Sincerely, John
