I asked a visa for Oman from 25 January to 12 February and I received a visa from 25 December to 28 January So I have to do it myself now I think
i cant find the MEHMET ARTUKARSLAN'S VISA and no one helping me with that
High rates , no delivery, no proper communication, no live chat , no WhatsApp chat , no landline . Only by email to reach their poor support , maybe they will respond after days , pray to god before dealing with them . They charged me for super fast service and promised to deliver by one working day . Today is the fifth and nothing yet happened. High rate service charge and poor service in return . Absolutely IVisa not recommend by all means
The form issued is not a visa, it is only a declaration form
Application delayed more than what stated in your website. Never try I visa again. Thanks
Wrong information name and job Already attached the passport in the application
I had to do the visa of my son myself because ivisa was visibly incapable to do it… (despite several contacts with the customer service) Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone
I was charged $164.90 by ivisa (misleading because when I processed I selected 2 day rush that showed it costs only $64 but learned later there are other hidden fees I was charged that make up the hefty total $164.90) whereas the fee at the Oman government portal is $14 - the markup is steep and completely unacceptable. Also when you apply at the Oman goverment the visa is issued within few hours whereas working with you took a week for applicant #2. The delay with applicant was communicated to be passport picture so even after submitting 3 different pictures - the 2nd picture instead of the 3rd one was the one used on the e-visa which doesnt make any sense to me. I will never use ivisa again and hope others are not duped into using this scam service.
I was recommended your website Ivisa.com to apply for a visa to travel to Oman by car for 4 days, from Saturday 30 April until Tuesday 3 May, 2022. What I paid for is an Oman Travel Registration Form, which does not correspond to a visa of any sort, and as such is useless to travel to Oman. It is a complete waste of money and a rip off from your website. This is outrageous.
I apply for e visa but I recieved form your side only form I pay 20$ for e-Visa not for only form.i saw on your site there is clearly written apply for oman e-Visa i click and fill the application and what is get only form this is not good not happy.
I am a indian passport holder in uae and reuested for muscat visa. They send across some bogus declaration form in 5 mins. I lost usd 20 for nothing! Never using them or rccomending them.
The amount is deducted We thought it’s for visa And u r providing only some travel declaration form I m asking your service agent he is not replying correctly I will report ur site to gulf news for further action
I ordered a visa online from them for a 5 day trip to Oman. They did not inform me that I do not need to apply online and pay for a visa for a trip less than 14 days. The immigration officer was surprised that I had to pay, as Visa On Arrival at Oman for less than 14 days is free of charge. Really waste of money and Really Very Bad Service. Will never use them again.
If you are experienced visa agent, don't you cross check the application or document which we submit to you? I was not able to travel as the airline found the my residence permit and visa had different occupation mentioned. If you are charging visa processing fee then you are also responsible to cross check these things.
It was the most frustrating experience I've ever had for obtaining a visa. Having paid extra for agent fees, my order was delayed. Site promise of delivering GCC Resident visa in 1 business day took 7 days. That too on my constant chasing and follow up. After 4 days I receive a delay order notification, panic strickennai started chasing as my travel date was close. Only then they started to work on my application. Its a long story and would not want to even think about it. Would never recommend this company.
Very bad service and customer care... Itseems that iVisa didn't care about the satisfaction of the customer... A disgruntled customer
You are not reading accompanying comments from your clients. You do not pay attention to what they are asking. You go ahead your way. It makes no sense to have visas three weeks after the day of your programmed departure. Two days in Oman cannot require a three week period for visas release. Especially when we are talking about UAE residents. Total unacceptable absurd. Regards.
We missed our trip due to non-delivery of the visa. The company blamed the government for delays but that does not account for the fact that one visa arrived in time and the other did not! My advice would be to ignore iVisa's deadline of application advice as it clearly does not account for extraneous circumstances. In fact, apply directly to the country concerned if viable. As an added Customer Service, it would also be good for iVisa's reputation if they agreed to reimburse visa application costs where they had not managed to fulfil their side of the bargain
Horrible customer service. Will never apply through this site. I applied for my self and family tourist visa for oman. Its more than 2 weeks now and they (Ivisa team) is still asking for more documents for my mother tourist visa. I had submitted all the documents but when i called up oman authorities , they asked to resubmit documents with sponsor details which was already given to ivisa team. So many follow up i had to make to just get application tracking no from them. Very bad experience. I still dont have my mom visa and our tickets are booked for this coming week.
After paying 172 dollars for four visas to Oman, they arrived 11 days late and the only explanation received was "certain reasons". We lost airplane tickets, hotel bookings and obviously the chance to travel. All because even we gave them 6-7 days margin (based on the web page info 3 to 4 days to get the visa) took them 11 days to get it. No chance to get a refund after asking for it, the reason stated was, get one visa on arrival. So Never Again
My experience with ivisa was very unsatisfactory. I purchased the super express service, thinking that i would get my visa in one day. It took 4 days for issuance. As a company that provides such services, you are supposed to double check all paper work before sharing it with the authorities (The authorities asked 3 times for better copies of my papers although all were shared in high-resolution). One month ago, i shared the exact same documents with another service and the authority never asked for better copies. They either shared them in low resolution or missed submitting some documents. I won't be working with them again or recommending them to anyone.
We paid to have visas to Oman rushed in 12 hours but did not receive our visas for 4 days. Our trip had to be cancelled as a result. We have friends who were traveling with us who applied directly to the Oman e-visa site with no guarantee of getting their visas in less than 24 hours and they received them within 12 hours without paying for this service. Very disappointing and we felt mislead.
Visa was approved after we arrived the country and having paid for another set of visas upon arrival... poorly handled visa issuance process with no clear information about potential delays...very disappointing situation after more than a week since the application September 7th #225152...100% dissatisfied!!!
The follow up was not good. I was expecting a close follow up since I asked and paid for the premium service (1 day process visa) and due to the delays on the government side, frequent updates and follow up would be more professional; I was asking for updates from time to time.
Such a disappointing service. I paid an additional USD120 for a 1 day service and it took 5 days - which was after my trip! So I had to cancel my trip and lose money on hotels etc Bottom line is this - iVisa take money for a service that they cannot provide - they do nothing more than what I can do for myself by just submitting my docs on the embassy website. So answer me this - what is the difference in effort between submitting docs on the embassy website compared with doing this on the iVisa website? I truly dont understand how they have a business at all.
U pay so much money for 24 hours service because u have something urgent and u will get it in 72 hours! How efficient is this?
Went for urgent and took to long had to buy another visa at the boarder
Whether it is iVisa or the host nation, the experience was incredibly bad. Somehow, the process 'determined' I was a non-national (in my own birth nation) and required a mountain of authorisations. Then, to get help, the iVisa attendee (to the 'chat' avenue) took forever to respond to messages. All in all, what should have been a 5 minute task took over 2 hours.
Total scam is what we experienced and no customer service worth the name. Despite spending hours on their ”chat” I was overcharged without getting a visa or any understanding from the ”customer service”. Got my own visa in minutes upon arrival for a fraction of Ivisas fraudal charge!
Very unprofessional service by the customer facing team. Need to improve a lot
Appalling service. Evisa arrived after 72 hours which should have taken 24. No valid reason given. I had to cancel my trip to Muscat at a considerable financial loss.
I paid $240 for guaranteed 24-hour service, yet it took almost three days to receive my visa. Excuses were offered, but not a refund ... based on time, I overpaid $160. I was also told that "even if your visa doesn't arrive before you leave on your trip, it is still possible to receive a 30-day tourist visa when you arrive at _____ airport." Bottom line, I didn't need their services at all.
Took too long. Documents lost. Very poor service. Avoid at all cost!
The worest most unprofessional expereince from begining to end. Totally unacceptable. Would never use your company again if avoidable.
Delay because of heavy traffic is not acceptable when you accept my money for paying extra for 24hours execution. Never again
Inspite of the mentioned timeframe of 72 hours , my visa application took 6 days in all .. I missed my scheduled bookings and incurred a financial loss for my muscat travel during the long weekend in UAE. There is no way to reach you guys .. the chat responses are delayed by more than 6 hours .. Emails are answered without proper communication in 24hrs plus . I send out 2 specific reminders to you that I have to travel on 30th nov , but the visa come at 11 pm 30th nov .. All documents were duly provided and in time .. In the end I had to cancel my bookings as I could not travel .. so in short this visa fee of 129 usd is complete waste for me now as I don’t have a 4 week off for my , my wife and my daughter. Plus I lost significant amounts on my hotel bookings in muscat . I would be very skecptical of any visa processing with ivisa team in future .. Regards Animesh verma
Paid for the express service within 24hrs. Didn’t receive any visa at all - even after 72hrs! Did my business trip and paid the visa on arrival instead. (Don’t waste your time with this service). After a few days they partly refunded my fee (for the express service) but held the remaining payment even though they didn’t provide me with ANY Visa! They offered to refund the entire amount if I removed this post from trust pilot. I refused. I would rather the 40usd they kept on me serves to warn others about the over priced service that doesn’t actually deliver.
The text of the email that I sent to your Customer iVisa Customer Support address should be sufficient. I look forward to you remedying this failure. "Good day, Sir / Madam Thank you for your email & for sending our visas for Oman. We had flights to Salalah on 25th October @ 17.00, a hotel check in on 25th October / check out 28th October, & a rental car for 3 days from 25th October – all were prepaid. Following is a summary of the timeline of my visa application: • I applied for these visas on Wednesday 24th October just after 12.00 midday using your “Super Rush” 24 hour processing time facility, for which we paid US$80 per person. • You sent me an email on 24th October at approximately 15.00 requesting further information for Jane Elizabeth Wellington’s application. I responded immediately with the information requested. • I received the attached email on 24th October at approximately 16.00 advising that I would receive the visas within 24 hours (please see attached). • I received my visa on the morning of 25th October but you had not yet submitted the applications for Jane Elizabeth & Lily Margaret Pearl to the Omani Consular Officials. • I received the attached email from you at approximately 12.00 midday on 25th October advising of processing delays. Jane Elizabeth & I attempted to call your Customer Support Lines in India & UK on several occasions to request further information, ask when we might receive the visas & what further documentation we could provide to expedite the process, & ask whether the Omani Consular Service continued to process visa applications over the weekend (Friday & Saturday). We connected with your staff on less than 10% of the occasions that we called – we were either put through to message bank or the call merely rang out – &, on the occasions that we were successful, we received no advice from your staff other than “our visa processing time is 24 hours”. • We finally received the visas for Jane Elizabeth & Lily Margaret Pearl at 08.53 on 29th October, ie almost 120 hours after my application. You claim on your website that iVisa will process visa applications for Oman within 24 hours. I paid US$240 for your “Super Rush” service to ensure this. You failed even to achieve your “Standard Processing” time of 72 hours for two of my applications. I therefore request that you repay the cost of these two applications. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your favourable response. Kind regards Mark"
