Please be aware that UAE doesn’t stamp visa in the passport, the EID contains all the information needed. You should adjust accordingly.
Speedy, but required info should be clearer to avoid many communications between the client and IVisa team.

it is unfair that you collect the fee first then to complete the process it ideally should be complete application then make payment unfair wrong process in case the applicant cant complete the application either the applicant lose the entire money ( unfair) or ivisa to refund the same ( process complication )
First of: customer service is really friendly. However, the application process left out two questions for the visa application which had to be answered in Q&A-style via email afterwards. IMO, both detours were unnecessary if the online process would have been smarter.
I found the process of sending documents difficult but the application process was quick and efficient. I would definitely use this service agaib.
Forgot to send me my visa until I reminded customer support. But it was OK in the end.

Needs to be made clear whether expats living as residents can apply under GCC residency or if they must apply using citizenship passport.
Great if you’re not in a rush to get a visa. Automated process can leave you a little worried regarding hold ups, completion etc. I’m wondering why the visa was forwarded at 1.30 am when clearly the visa would have been issued during the working hours at least 9 hours earlier?
Unfortunately because it was the week before Eid they did not process our Visa’s in the 3 days as promised. However, the immigration team at Oman airport were amazing and took my email as proof of application and processed everything at the airport! Great service!

Although review of documents took time and my mail was overlooked; and made me worried; i got the visa anyways in time.
I placed a review stating that I was unable to receive any answers from their Help email, Chat line and Telephone. I had applied in September, and I Visa confirmed my application, however I had to follow-up two days after I was supposed to receive them. I am very happy to say, the I Visa tem reviewing the reviews followed up almost immediately, and today I have received our two Visas. I want to THANK the review team. I would give a 5 however because I was pretty upset previously, I did not. Pat
It's good but I was been attended to by many staff which made me to be charged additionally so will be requesting for a refund I was charged £67 more pls treat.
