Process was easy and so fast. They have been helpful and replied quickly after checking my documents. I have tried sending the scanned documents many times as it was not clear enough but their assistance is quick. I got the approved visa 2 hours right after i have passed the complete documents although i thought i will get it after 2 days.

Initial contact started badly, as advice (short film) as to scanning was not good and I had to re-scan both docs (photo and passport). But quick and efficient attention to correct non-admissible docs with Oman worked wonders and all is now OK.

Excellent service! Very efficient and I really appreciated the communication to say when you would start to process the application. One suggestion would be to review the instructions for passport scans. I followed the original instructions that specified exact pixel dimensions required. I was then asked to submit another scan with a very good tutorial link on youtube that did not call for pixel dimensions. Highly recommend your service. Thanks

We had a relatively short time prior to departure for the visa country. After initial frustration with the strict visa requirements for clarity and certain appearance of photos, with ivisa’s support we finally were able to transmit ones that ivisa could use for submission of visa application.
