It caused me a lot of stress when submitting a bank statement with three names, while some of us have only two. I submitted several accounts to no avail. Some of us come from organisations.
I'm unable to upload some of the files needed. This us not an easy program to use.
On the positive side - we eventually got our visas! On the negative - innumerable emails from different people all wanting the same information! I think I submitted my financial documents about eight times. Very frustrating! Obviously no internal communicaton whatsoever!
next to impossible to get a 3 months bank statement on one page and it beggs the question why they need a statement from the last 3 months to get a visa for a week
I watched the videos and scanned my docs as indicated and got a response received ok but then returned later to find messages saying rejected. Maybe add a message to say wait for confirmation scan is okay. Be more specific on vaccination document information. Also need clear statement on deletion of personal scanned data once permit time expires to ensure cyber security of individual - this is a great concern. Speed of turnaround good once everything ok'd.
