iVisa successfully helped complete a challenging visa application situation by working through “a different channel”. I appreciated the more personal support and the multiple connections for problem-solving my application. At the end, when someone else stepped into the conversations to help, I was receiving different information from a couple of different people at the same time, which was a bit confusing.
