Very expansive but very quick service . I applied for 8 day duration but received visa in first 6 hours
I strongly dislike receiving a message from you stating that my visa is still in process, especially on the date I was supposed to receive it. This surprised me, considering the payment was made for expedited processing
Uploading photos and passport page. A little improvement will certainly improve the process
It was a little bit confusing especially the way you work out the fees. Also the question about the hotel because some people try to get the visa first. I personally found getting the passport scan right as the most difficult part .
Everything was fine. The only issue I had was with uploading the photos and passport scans, it was a bit confusing. It could do with being a bit simpler.
It was not clear how to apply (and pay) for 2 applicants. Rest okay.
First, there was an issue with approving credit card information. I was required to send multiple selfies, despite telling them that the information on credit card is printed in a way that cannot be easily seen. Also, an issue with passport photos, 3 were refused although 2 were professionally taken specifically for passports but they were still refused. Other than it was smooth. Thank you.
Failed to issue visa for one of my family members by confusing the names which resulted in cancellation of one, leading to frustration.
