Very helpful and fast. The one issue I had was the app requiring an email for the place I booked for a stay. So I had to improvise and use my own personal email in order for the visa process to complete since the residence in Dammam didn't include an email address. This needs to be be revised and/or reworded so as to get past that obstruction.

When i was pay for the Visa i didn’t know that i will need additional information, but support was fast and clear and all procedure wasn’t complicated
I was thankful that I received it, however it was about 2 weeks late, or the notice that it was ready was 2 weeks late. I downloaded it and everything fine but more communication would be helpful I think.

Initially it was a good experience but had to keep resending copy of passport picture but got there in the end so no stress
it's been a tremendous experience. however, I wasn't certain about the processing time. finally, it ended up in a good experience. charges are a little expensive.
It was quick and simple , the only thing I would like to improve is if we had a phone number to contact for any possible issues , as speaking to robots is sometimes limiting.

The process is sleak. I just found it difficult to workout if the pictures I uploaded were accepted as I see a green tick but the red warning still on. Tried to get in touch with the help team on WhatsApp but they never replied. Overall, we got the visas eventually.

It was very simple to apply for Saudi Arabia e-Visa on iVisa.com and great to get e-Visa in 2-3 days after submitting my application. Further, I liked to receive the status of my visa application for each step.
I couldn't get a visa for my child because, on their system, it is not allowed to travel to KSA without vaccination. Obviously, this information is outdated. I would say it is essential to be updated with the rules and regulations. I sensed that customer service was not informed or has the latest information, but when I explained, they put all the effort to ensure this is rectified and eventually I got the visa for my child. Well done!

There was a regular constant communication system from many team members. Any query was promptly answered. We were reassured and asked for perfect documents to get the job done right. We did get a bit frustrated but it was worth it. Paid for a five day result got it in four. Yay well done Ivisa team
EXPERIENCE IS OK, BUT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE EMAILS (IN COMING INCLUDING VISA APPROVAL) ARE NOT EASY TO READ, SUCH AS THERE ARE NOT MENTIONED THE NAME OF THE PERSON FOR WHOM I APPLIED THE VISA. HAVE TO OPEN FULL MAIL TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE PERSON. ITS VERY FASTER SERVICE, APPRECIATE
