  • Reasonably easy to use and quick response. Two confusing issues you need to improve. 1. Residential address - you cannot add your full RA but chose from a dialog box of closest locations. Eg: Australia, New South Wales, Sydney; IS NOT my RA the question is asking. 2. Location of hotel in Singapore was not listed so I had to chose another one. Confusing

  • The process is acceptable but it can be made a bit shorter.

  • Everything worked out fine. Possibly a little earlier with the Singapore Visa. A good job done.

  • Entry into Singapore is supposed to be free for U.S. citizens. I want a refund for the (2) charges to my American Express credit [redacted]. Both were for $105.64. Your website appears to be Singapore endorsed but it is not. Daniel DeClark

  • Easy to follow. I am not adept at using computers and related modern technology, but this experience was straightforward. Visa delivered quickly.

  • This so called health declaration is a complete rip off. Why should we pay £40 each for this!. We were only in the country about 90 mins before going back through customs for next flight and will have to pay it again on the return leg. £320 for nothing!, excuse me if I just avoid Singapore altogether in the future!!

  • They handled our Australian ETA and Singapore Arrival Card + health declaration with efficiency and in a timely manner. Worth the cost of convenience.

  • My email was changed on the Singapore entry form to some email I use. My travel companion filled out her enrty form at the official Singapore government website at no cost. She receiived a welcome to Singpore email 15 minutes after we went through immigration with her visitor permission certificate. I got nothing from iVisa and now I do not have a visitor permission document.

  • I am disappointed because I had to pay 119 EU for a service that was not needed , Singapore arrival form is free !|

  • Why did I pay for a Visa when they are free on the Govt site?
    Mark Adrian WallaceMarch 24, 2025
  • The website was easy to use. The arrival card was sent to us with plenty of time. I think i paid a bit extra for this service. But it was very efficient.

  • The charges are very high for services you normally dont have to pay for. Example Singapore Arrival card, offical homepage you have to pay nothing, iVisa 130€! My mistake because I was in hurry and picked the frist page showed on google.

  • Charged for what is actually free via singapore gov. but was duped into thinking your site was same. A SCAM.
    DAVID BRUMELLMarch 18, 2025
  • I stuffed up my first attempt, but the company followed up and I was able to complete the form easily.
    Cheryl ChardMarch 14, 2025
  • It was very easy to fill out the documents and was confirmed wirhout Problems. But the fees for a gratis-form a much too high, I think… Nevertheless we are happy to have everything ready for the trip.

  • I did not do due diligence when I used Google to locate the Singapore arrival card site. I simply chose the site that was listed in the first few links. As a result, I have paid iVisa for an arrival card that would have otherwise been completely free. As there is no guarantee that the iVisa document would be honored on arrival using the e-gate procedure, I applied for, and was granted, an arrival card from the Singapore government site.

  • iVisa was a life saver for me. I had to travel to Asia on short notice. I was able to attain a card and health screen in 3 days.

  • don't get your visa through an intermediary. Go straight to the source.

  • When I went on your website, I thought I was going on the government website to Singapore. When I filled out the form and it was 100 and something dollars I thought that’s what they charged. Turns out I could’ve easily done this myself and not paid that large fee. It’s my fault I wasn’t clear on what I was looking for.

  • We feel completely ripped off. We have been billed $313 & 9.40 for entrance card to Singapore which is completely FREE from ICA www. Shame on you . Thomas - Albany Aus

  • We were on the road travelling and were able to start the visa applications right away. You may still need to wait a while for the processing, but at least you’re in the system.
    Brenda GrantMarch 2, 2025
  • All worked as expected. Obtaining the necessary documents was quite seamless. Discovered however that I really could have obtained my Singapore documents direct from the government app for free vs the $93.00 IVisa charged. Still I am very satisfied and would use again if needed.

  • It's expensive, and it's not clear whether or not this is a government agency -- I'm now wondering after paying for this if I could have gotten it for less money or free. Does the government of Singapore charge for an arrival card? I did it and then afterwards regretted that I didn't search more to double check, but it is annoying that what shouldn't really be so expensive -- I'm coming to Singapore and will spend money there - just to enter the country.

  • I was impressed with the comprehensive nature of the pick lists for everything that was requested. I was also impressed when we received a message that we had applied too soon but that the application would be held until it was time, rather than being told to come back later.
    NC SmithFebruary 26, 2025
  • Ypour process should aloow someone to submit a visa request and get it aproved anytime ahead of arrival in Singapore - not leaving a person hanging about until the last minute. Also, you send confusing messages. I arrive in Singapore on 25/2 and I got an email from you saying it would be processed on 22/2, but your web site said 24/2. So, I send an email on 22/2 when I was told that it would be processed saying that this is running pretty close to arrival and here it is on 23/3 - I get the visa approved. This is bureaucratic stupidity. If you are going to go down this path, then you need to be more supportive of people who want to visit Singapore not leaving them hanging till the last minute. I have more things to do concerning mt travel that have to hang about for you guys to get off your backsides to give me a visa. You charge enough to expect better service than this.

  • This is a scam. They charged me over 200$ for a free visa.
    KB CanadaFebruary 21, 2025
  • Total waste of money! Scroll down to the Singapore government site below their paid entry, it offers the same for free and it's even easier to complete.
    Ivor EisenstadtFebruary 20, 2025
  • You charge for the free state service , I think you are scammers
    AllaFebruary 18, 2025
  • Good interface, process worked, selecting residence address was painfully, had to scroll far too many options.

  • Exorbitant cost for a visa application which is free and easy to handle oneself.
    Pieter van PuttenFebruary 14, 2025
  • I would actually put 0 stars if possible. The link to this app popped up while filling the form for the Singapore arrival card. Good reviews, so I figured let’s use it. I paid 102 € (I learned that the Singapore entry is free) and actually couldn’t really enter since Singapore authorities didn’t recognize my entry credentials. Well, they were kind enough to let me fill it in right away in their system. They meant I was scammed, and sure thing, this is a scam! Don’t use it!

  • I completed an application for a visa not needed at a cost of $450 USD. There is no refund because the application was submitted to the government and not to mention that I did not receive it in time.
    Woodward AichnerFebruary 12, 2025
  • I applied for my visa one and a half month before travelling to Singapore. It was good to know, everything is in good hands and as expected, my visa arrived three days before my arrival. It coudn't be faster.

  • We only found out that we needed a Singapore entrance code at the check in desk. The visa (although at a relatively high fee) was issued within minutes allowing us to board the plane just in time!
