It was simple and fast. A bit confusing when they asked to upload the documents but did not find out the icon to upload it. And after chatting with the help desk, I found out there is no need for documents.

The form was very easy to complete. We received an email with our Sri Lankan tourist ETA within 24 hours. Hopefully this is all that is required to then obtain a visa when we visit SL in 3 weeks time! The cost for 2 etas was 40 dollars (about £37).
