My only concern is, there are multiple sites to apply for the visa and is a bit confusing to know which one is genuine. My suggestion would be to have only one site for visa applications.

It was easy filling up the viza form.only while paying the fees through debit card ,it was not accepted twice but the bank SMS confirmed its debit.Later actually it was seen that ETA is approved & on request refund is actioned.All prompt actions.Exllent job.

Just one suggestion: the website offers delivery of hard copy at home, and this can make the unaccustomed user feel it is mandatory to take these delivered hard copies (instead of the emailed one). So in this option you can add: "This is not required if visitor can take print of ETA copy which is emailed to them."
