Once the application was submitted the process went quite smoothly. What wasn't so good was the tight parameters around providing satisfactory ID. Files could only be a certain type, size, age, type of picture, etc making it difficult to comply.
Excellent and prompt feedback of all the steps involved. The visa was delivered in due time but I was a little bit worried because the photographs we sent were manipulated and don’t truly look like us but the visa was granted anyway. I would not advise this service because you pay a lot for it and you should pay attention when you google the embassies in order to request for your visa it will send you directly to Ivisa and it looks the proper place to request and it is but you pay a lot when you don’t need to if you apply directly with the embassy
First of all, they DID get us our Tanzania visas on time. I used them because I had so much trouble with the Tanzanian online visa site. However, they first popped up online when I was confused and did not realize I was talking to and signing up with them initially. Secondly, I don't like getting statuses from a Chatbot instead of a person and when I do get agent in online chat, I get a lot canned responses entered by agent. BUT if you cannot get a free application done online directly with Tanzanian website, I would recommend IVisa. I applied with them on June 7 and received visas on June 22. Don't pay for expedited fees. Just do normal time request with them.
Frustrating completing applications when website froze or went down repeatedly. On the positive side, appreciated that visa application can be completed elrctronivcslly.
The fact that it takes forever to get your information for the document page and photo to be captured.
I received an email that was talking about a disapproval of my Visa, I was really disappointed, because I had uploaded all the documents, but as I pressed the button to see the response of the government, I saw that my Visa was approved and I was anxious for no reason.
Had difficulty downloading photos. Didn’t accept some, said cropped but hadn’t been. Poor quality, but when emailing across the world can be difficult

It was much easier to file for a Tanzanian visa through you. But adding $75 seems extreme to me.
On the day of arrival we received the Visa's. We where a bit nervous because we paid for the service in advanced. Upon arrival we had to pay a fee to the immigration to check if the Visa's were approved.
First I this is easy but then there was so much information to fill in I was not sure able it at all The good was that communication was very good special with what app and you answer my question quite good and now that I have the visa it great and that went lot faster then I expected
I did not like in the beginning it said it would take 10 minutes and then after you pay it took another hour to collect all the other info that was needed.
The communication this time around was not good, especially in the beginning. Apparently it was an IT issue. We did get the visa but it took a bit of time. Some of the issue was ours, granted. Having a phone number to call would be most helpful.
Very smooth service, and responsive staff on the online chat. However, I paid 110 USD for Tanzania visa instead of 50 USD (official price).
A bit confusing at times, felt you were trying to get more money out of the applicants
It was frustrating to have to keep resending every item on separate attempts. Every time I thought I was good I had to redo another piece of the application - and I know I wasn't the only one so it wasn't because I didn't follow directions. I understand it is important for the information to be correct but it was still frustrating.
We payed for 3 applicants but received only 2 visa’s by the time we had to fly out :\. Fortunately the country we went to had visa on arrival so we showed them the invoice ans they gave us the Visa!
