Easy application process and kept up to date well throughout the process
I spent 6 hours trying to complete the visa process on the government site trying to upload photos and itineraries. I was ready to pull my hair out. I tried IVisa and was done in 30 minutes. I had a question after I submitted the application and customer service was amazing. I've never had that level of responsiveness. Will only use this service in the future.

I tried using the Tanzanian government website to apply but the forms were difficult to load so I was concerned about getting them filled out and processed. iVisa was recommended by outside travel sources and their forms were easy to load and save as I gathered the information needed. It was easy to get a link to check on my visa status and they kept me informed well. I will use again.

All agents were very helpful and followed our applications until they were complete. They kept us informed if we needed to add information for the governments. Although I rate the service high, the applications for Kenya and Tanzania did not accommodate land crossings so they could not be completed online and needed agent intervention. Chat worked well for service but the AI bot was not helpful in our instance.
The application on the website was very easy to follow. Just fill in the information at your charge card information and sent.

It was great that they double check the information before submitting. It took a few times for the photo of my passport to be acceptable. Because they reviewed it 1st when it reached the government it only took a couple of days to be issued.

I am not good with electronics, so it was very hard for me to enter my info. But after I got my info in. It went through easier.

Iviaa makes the purchasing of a foreign Visa easy as can be even though you have to pay a little bit extra. It takes all the effort out of the process, very worth it.

We were sent two links, one to the embassy and one for another Visa processor… neither site was easy to navigate. We gave up without being able to complete their applications. We found IVisa, thank God, and within half an hour we had completed the apps and were told we would have our Visas within 2 weeks, we received them in exactly 1 week.
