On receiving my Visa, the date of arrival in Tanzania was not the correct date after receiving final documents from travel agent. I got in touch with them and they were very helpful in changing the documents. It was another fee to the country, but the dates of arrival became correct.
I was given another website to apply for my Visa, and was told one price. When that wouldn't work for me, I went on a general search and clicked on iVisa. This was easy to follow and asked for similar information as I was told to expect and as shared earlier helpful when I had some difficulties. The price was a little more than I was told with the other cite, but not overly so.
Initially attempted to obtain a visa directly through the country we're visiting, with no response after 2 months. Cancelled that process and went through iVisa and they were able to obtain our visas in about a week.
It was a little bit difficult to to navigate due to various requirements, maybe before the start of the application, there was a list of what will be required to complete the application, for example, passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, will need to upload passport, ID photos etc. Overall it was easy to use. Generally a very useful and efficient service but some elements need a bit of clarification. That said I've now used iVisa twice and would reccomend.
Easy process, clicked on by error, thinking I was contacting the Embassy directly; a bit more expensive than going through the Embassy oneself. However, I have read of experiences of other travellers having miscommunication and difficulties going through the Embassy (in this case, Tanzania) so I am happy that I'm all set to go.
The only thing that was a pain was dealing with your AI,getting to some to converse with was a pain. the rest of the application process was very easy.
Although we had to submit our passports several times still it seemed easy to complete the forms the first time...
ok, the support was helpful because it's not every day that you apply a Visa, especially for a country you've never visited before. i think the price of the service is high. If you fill out the application form completely correctly, i don't think the price is justified to check whether it's right or wrong. It may be that the service means that the application is processed quickly by the authorities in the country, because it has been checked beforehand. Well, from the application to approval it was pretty quick, the Visa was in my mail inbox within a week.
Your team was excellent in taking initiatives, asking about problems and suggesting to solve them. The problem is rather the software. The quality requirement for uploading photos could be somewhat less ambitious without losing the purpose of the uploaded data,
after a lot of confusion in the process itself it seems this company could make a big headache go away
Magic Service well thought through. Bit of a challenge for dual passport holder as questions are a very prescriptive and no space for side comments. Process takes longer than getting the Visa on entry (Tanzania) but a lot more comfortable. Likely wont use for Tourist Visas again but will for visits to places like India.
Everything went smooth. Responstime could have been better. I will still be recommending ivisa.
Service was good, but somehow I got the feeling that too much time was spent for preparing the files within iVisa team. I'm sure this time could be shortened.The data was already filled out online in a prepared form/ tool. The gouverment confirmation was done in a two days time. Maybe to concentrate on a more speditive first part of process?!?

It would be better, to know in the beginning from the process about the papers (Foto, copy of passport and ticket)......so that you start the process after you have this together.

Getting my visa is great now I can spend lots of money in Tanzanian. The app is difficult to use.
The app provides a few different ways to upload documents. I found; however, that some of my uploads were not saved and had to redo them. The staff was very responsive to my questions and provided good support.
Very responsive service- only wish there was a phone number to call too in difficult circumstances!
The overall experience was great! The forms to fill out do not match the USA passport exactly when the form asked for information that is not included in current USA passports. This was a little frustrating trying to figure out until the online help got help from supervisor. This caused the time to fill out to more than double. The speed of getting the visa with correct and needed information for travel was awesome.
iVisa.com was timely in replying to questions and reviewing our applications and getting back to me so that we could correct any info that needed to be corrected. Once our corrected visa was submited we received the approved paperwork in 6-8 days.
The process went relatively smooth however, better instructions for the application would end a lot of redoing. Example- ask for actual arrival and departure dates not estimated travel dates. Ask for passport photo that shows head and shoulders not a head shot! Passport photo or scan that includes background around total passport.
Very Nice people, always available to answer our questions. Very thorough with the documents asked. Took a little longer than expected due to the need of all the details But I am happy with the service, and hopefully it will save time when we arrive.
First couple of filings were rejected but the reason was not always clear. Had to ask the travel agent to help us understand the issue. We updated our application and things were approved in a timely manner.
It took multiple attempts to get the VISA picture right but we ultimately did and the submission and approval then was really quick.

I have used Ivisa a few times for visas to various countries and they have been excellent. However on this time applying for my Tanzania visa they asked for my basic information and then I had to select how quick i wanted them to process it, anyway I paid and then they asked me for more information so they could process my visa, which I thought was a bit misleading, but its just a small hickup. otherwise really good site for visas
I think this is a bit difficult when you’ve never done it and you are always unsure if you did it correctly. Thank you for making this a little easier.....sue
