I had read stories from people who had waited months for a Visa and from people who had never heard back, I received mine the next day.
Very straight forward application, fast service good communication! A little more money but worth it!
Once the application was submitted the process went quite smoothly. What wasn't so good was the tight parameters around providing satisfactory ID. Files could only be a certain type, size, age, type of picture, etc making it difficult to comply.

Excellent and prompt feedback of all the steps involved. The visa was delivered in due time but I was a little bit worried because the photographs we sent were manipulated and don’t truly look like us but the visa was granted anyway. I would not advise this service because you pay a lot for it and you should pay attention when you google the embassies in order to request for your visa it will send you directly to Ivisa and it looks the proper place to request and it is but you pay a lot when you don’t need to if you apply directly with the embassy

First of all, they DID get us our Tanzania visas on time. I used them because I had so much trouble with the Tanzanian online visa site. However, they first popped up online when I was confused and did not realize I was talking to and signing up with them initially. Secondly, I don't like getting statuses from a Chatbot instead of a person and when I do get agent in online chat, I get a lot canned responses entered by agent. BUT if you cannot get a free application done online directly with Tanzanian website, I would recommend IVisa. I applied with them on June 7 and received visas on June 22. Don't pay for expedited fees. Just do normal time request with them.
The forms are clear. I found it most helpful that I could deliver the documents as passport copy and pictures via my Iphone and got good instruction how to do it.

On receiving my Visa, the date of arrival in Tanzania was not the correct date after receiving final documents from travel agent. I got in touch with them and they were very helpful in changing the documents. It was another fee to the country, but the dates of arrival became correct.
I spent 6 hours trying to complete the visa process on the government site trying to upload photos and itineraries. I was ready to pull my hair out. I tried IVisa and was done in 30 minutes. I had a question after I submitted the application and customer service was amazing. I've never had that level of responsiveness. Will only use this service in the future.
I was given another website to apply for my Visa, and was told one price. When that wouldn't work for me, I went on a general search and clicked on iVisa. This was easy to follow and asked for similar information as I was told to expect and as shared earlier helpful when I had some difficulties. The price was a little more than I was told with the other cite, but not overly so.

Initially attempted to obtain a visa directly through the country we're visiting, with no response after 2 months. Cancelled that process and went through iVisa and they were able to obtain our visas in about a week.
It was a little bit difficult to to navigate due to various requirements, maybe before the start of the application, there was a list of what will be required to complete the application, for example, passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, will need to upload passport, ID photos etc. Overall it was easy to use. Generally a very useful and efficient service but some elements need a bit of clarification. That said I've now used iVisa twice and would reccomend.

Easy process, clicked on by error, thinking I was contacting the Embassy directly; a bit more expensive than going through the Embassy oneself. However, I have read of experiences of other travellers having miscommunication and difficulties going through the Embassy (in this case, Tanzania) so I am happy that I'm all set to go.
I found the Tanzanian visa application process more complicated than those for other countries I’ve travelled to - so much so that I think I’d have given up if it hadn’t been for the numerous members of the iVisa team who helped me throughout the process - I’m so grateful to them all!

I tried using the Tanzanian government website to apply but the forms were difficult to load so I was concerned about getting them filled out and processed. iVisa was recommended by outside travel sources and their forms were easy to load and save as I gathered the information needed. It was easy to get a link to check on my visa status and they kept me informed well. I will use again.

All agents were very helpful and followed our applications until they were complete. They kept us informed if we needed to add information for the governments. Although I rate the service high, the applications for Kenya and Tanzania did not accommodate land crossings so they could not be completed online and needed agent intervention. Chat worked well for service but the AI bot was not helpful in our instance.
Although we had to submit our passports several times still it seemed easy to complete the forms the first time...
