We were planning a safari for a group of people. We suggested they use iVisa to get the necessary visa. They all used the website and said it was really easy to use. We used it as well and would highly recommend the service.
It was a spontaneous decision to use iVisa. I was a little bit doubtful at the beginning. Who they are and if they would really perform the services they had been offering. Later on I was reassured by their flexibility and responsiveness. I had to change my "mug shot" and resend my passport and air ticket copy a couple of times. Ordert two visa, but get only one on both accounts, only the same visa for one person, not the two.
It took at least half a dozen emails for your agent to actually read the information submitted and stop insisting that our arrival date as submitted did not match that of our flight reservations, also as submitted. I found it particularly frustrating that (a) one is simply not able to actually talk with a human being throughout the process, as a one-minute conversation would have clarified it, and (b) every time I received a response by email, it would be another person responding and it was almost like having to start all over again. iVisa management should study my case because there was a great deal of incompetence by its staff. We had two iVisa applications. I am still awaiting the second one.

The app provides a few different ways to upload documents. I found; however, that some of my uploads were not saved and had to redo them. The staff was very responsive to my questions and provided good support.

I used iVisa because I was told that using the Tanzania eVisa website was having issues and many applicants were having to submit several times and pay the application fee more than once. It turns out they were correct. iVisa did a thorough job with the application and try to submit. The Tanzania authority replied that I had a current Visa and gave the application and Visa number. I tried to get a copy of the Visa using the number they supplied to which they responded that the number they supplied was not a valid Visa number. The Visa was actually from two years ago and no longer valid. After several attempts by the staff at iVisa they requested a copy of my old Visa. It took a while to find it since it was on a computer I was about to recycle. This occurred over a 3 week period. I sent the old form to the staff and less than a week later, I had a new Visa. The staff never gave up and put in the extra effort to get the Visa and handled the matter better than I would have. I would recommend their service to anyone.

The directions were very clear for each step of completing the visa application and iVisa communicated right away if a step was incorrect. The process on on iVisa was much smoother than the government visa website, which kept crashing
