The web site was easy to use although I had some trouble getting back into it when I learned that I had to resubmit some pictures. An associate helped me online and the visa went through in a matter of a few days.
It was very easy to use. Just make sure you have your travel itinerary in a pdf form
I did not like in the beginning it said it would take 10 minutes and then after you pay it took another hour to collect all the other info that was needed.

The overall experience was great! The forms to fill out do not match the USA passport exactly when the form asked for information that is not included in current USA passports. This was a little frustrating trying to figure out until the online help got help from supervisor. This caused the time to fill out to more than double. The speed of getting the visa with correct and needed information for travel was awesome.

Very accommodating people. I had made an error that I did not realize until after I had summitted my form. I reached out and the response was overwhelming. Using the iVisa site was easier to navigate and had helpful resources to make sure everything is correct. Highly recommend using iVisa to go through this process.

Fast turnaround on the Visa to Tanzania. The staff was VERY timely with their communication (via email) about things in my visa application that needed to be corrected. Easy to use interface for the application process. So much better than going onto the Tanzanian government site. We were able to process 5 people at one time which was a huge time saver as well.

Such an easy process! It took maybe 15 minutes to complete and was approved within a few days. Love that it can all happen online now, very convenient. Tip: be prepared to take a photo of yourself in real time or have an (actual, original, just the photograph) passport photo handy — they’ll ask for a specific kind of photo to upload for your visa photo.
The communication this time around was not good, especially in the beginning. Apparently it was an IT issue. We did get the visa but it took a bit of time. Some of the issue was ours, granted. Having a phone number to call would be most helpful.
iVisa.com was timely in replying to questions and reviewing our applications and getting back to me so that we could correct any info that needed to be corrected. Once our corrected visa was submited we received the approved paperwork in 6-8 days.
The process went relatively smooth however, better instructions for the application would end a lot of redoing. Example- ask for actual arrival and departure dates not estimated travel dates. Ask for passport photo that shows head and shoulders not a head shot! Passport photo or scan that includes background around total passport.

I used Ivisa to have quick and better results but it was disaster. The communications with me as a client were very late always. On the end Ivisa sent an email saying that it was imposible to get my visa 3 or 4 days before my trip. I decided to check personally with the embassy of Tanzania I Abu Dhabi and the problem was solved immediately. So it was me the Client who had to solve this. Very disappointed.
All easy to do - good follow up quickly from them when I messed up the attachment. Speedy service.

The process for applying for visa through this site is very easy and quick to do. I always use this for my travel to Zanzibar and printing off visa saves lots of paperwork at other end.
I discovered that I no longer need the visa so have cancelled the payment and please delete my application.

I have used this service before and once again, it didn't disappoint. This took awhile to do as one document didn't come through - would be helpful to have a list of items that should be ready when you do the "booking session". All in all, a very good experience and very reasonable priced. AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO SEND YOUR PASSPORT AWAY AND GET NERVOUS FOR ITS RETURN.

First couple of filings were rejected but the reason was not always clear. Had to ask the travel agent to help us understand the issue. We updated our application and things were approved in a timely manner.
