It was frustrating to have to keep resending every item on separate attempts. Every time I thought I was good I had to redo another piece of the application - and I know I wasn't the only one so it wasn't because I didn't follow directions. I understand it is important for the information to be correct but it was still frustrating.

Took lots of fees on nothing. The official website of visa issues visa in only 5 days without any extra fees. Just 50$ I don’t recommend this website

Completing the iVisa satisfactorily was NOT easy. We had to submit, correct, and resubmit several times. It was overall quite frustrating. In the past, we have received African Visas in the country when we arrived. Way easier!

Used this service because the Tanzanian website kept crashing. This form was a lot easier to fill out and would definitely use them again, nice and easy!
IVisa was fast and efficient. Saved me standing in line for a visa at the airport. The hardest part was getting our passport photos and eTicket photographed correctly. Be sure and follow the iVisa directions. If you are traveling with more than one person, don’t “add a person”on the application, but make each person a separate application.

First we were over charged, we requested the 5 working days service and it took way longer than that, when I tried to contact your agents for that and asking for a refund no one answered, we also contacted the Tanzanian embassy and they said that you guys over charged us, knowing that the visa coast 50 $ only. I’ll make sure to write a review on every platform possible so no one get scammed and people know how bad your agency is!!!

I have used Ivisa a few times for visas to various countries and they have been excellent. However on this time applying for my Tanzania visa they asked for my basic information and then I had to select how quick i wanted them to process it, anyway I paid and then they asked me for more information so they could process my visa, which I thought was a bit misleading, but its just a small hickup. otherwise really good site for visas

There was a lot of confusion when applying for a visa (Tanzania) for my grandson. Two different services had gotten involved (my error). The staff of iVisa was amazing! They answered my questions, found the information I needed and made sure that everything was forwarded to be processed accurately and in a timely fashion.
