ok, the support was helpful because it's not every day that you apply a Visa, especially for a country you've never visited before. i think the price of the service is high. If you fill out the application form completely correctly, i don't think the price is justified to check whether it's right or wrong. It may be that the service means that the application is processed quickly by the authorities in the country, because it has been checked beforehand. Well, from the application to approval it was pretty quick, the Visa was in my mail inbox within a week.
The availability of quick turnaround time, a small bit of info was not transcribed correctly but doesn’t seem to make any difference
Your team was excellent in taking initiatives, asking about problems and suggesting to solve them. The problem is rather the software. The quality requirement for uploading photos could be somewhat less ambitious without losing the purpose of the uploaded data,
after a lot of confusion in the process itself it seems this company could make a big headache go away
It was great that they double check the information before submitting. It took a few times for the photo of my passport to be acceptable. Because they reviewed it 1st when it reached the government it only took a couple of days to be issued.

Iviaa makes the purchasing of a foreign Visa easy as can be even though you have to pay a little bit extra. It takes all the effort out of the process, very worth it.

I received an email that was talking about a disapproval of my Visa, I was really disappointed, because I had uploaded all the documents, but as I pressed the button to see the response of the government, I saw that my Visa was approved and I was anxious for no reason.

Had difficulty downloading photos. Didn’t accept some, said cropped but hadn’t been. Poor quality, but when emailing across the world can be difficult

Magic Service well thought through. Bit of a challenge for dual passport holder as questions are a very prescriptive and no space for side comments. Process takes longer than getting the Visa on entry (Tanzania) but a lot more comfortable. Likely wont use for Tourist Visas again but will for visits to places like India.

We were sent two links, one to the embassy and one for another Visa processor… neither site was easy to navigate. We gave up without being able to complete their applications. We found IVisa, thank God, and within half an hour we had completed the apps and were told we would have our Visas within 2 weeks, we received them in exactly 1 week. Service was good, but somehow I got the feeling that too much time was spent for preparing the files within iVisa team. I'm sure this time could be shortened.The data was already filled out online in a prepared form/ tool. The gouverment confirmation was done in a two days time. Maybe to concentrate on a more speditive first part of process?!?

We found the app to be very easy to use and no hassle. The only disappointing part was nothing to explain that we had applied too early, and we will get the iVisa 2 days before we fly on holiday on the 24th May 2024.

It was much easier to file for a Tanzanian visa through you. But adding $75 seems extreme to me.
On the day of arrival we received the Visa's. We where a bit nervous because we paid for the service in advanced. Upon arrival we had to pay a fee to the immigration to check if the Visa's were approved.
Everything was done fast and I was told my visa will be out in 9 days and it came quicker than that

the additional fees were confusing and didnt understand at first we had to pay in order to fill out application.
They respected the time frame that they gave me (8 working days) to be able to process my evisa. Also,in-between this time frame,they reached out to me on mail assuring me of process advancement. Therefore their costumer service is topnotch.
It was not an easy process for me, I had to get some help from a friend to do the computer stuff. Thank goodness she was willing to help me out. However it was nice that it was online. I just hope the next time I will be able to figure out how to take care of it.
Extremely fast; time from the application Till Göttingen the visa less than 12 hours, eventhough I didn't book the fastest Option. No problems with the Visa when entering the country!
