Scam!!!!!! Do not use. I paid for a free service that was not completed too. If I went on holidays with their form, I would've been refused as it was missing vital data tgar was necer requested of me. I was charged €269. They have still not refunded me. The reply below followed an email saying no refund. I will delete this review if I get a refund
This is a scam company. The final result is not complete and yet they charge a fortune.
After having made a little mistake on our visa application, iVisa rectified the problem, without us having to go through and reapply for new Visas free of charge. Unaware that it wasn't a visa, I was trying to obtain but a Digital Arrival Card, that is FREE OF CHARGE, I now feel very violated, having paid iVisa over $250, for something that I can do online for Free. BEWARE FELLOW TRAVELERS THIS IS NOT A THAI GOVERNMENT WEBSITE. And the Thailand Digital Arrival Card is FREE, just got to the official website.
Scam! Charged me for a free service given by the immigration bureau
I just found out that it can be done for free. I’m honestly a bit livid that they’re the first link on the internet that comes up. Although it’s on me, I’ve been robbed of $150. Besides that, the application was fast and accurate I guess.
This staff doesn't guarantee the process on the time required. Lack of confidentiality, information and lack of a responsible team member to respond in real time in an urgent need.
Super unhelpful and just wants to earn money. Sent in request the bigger before and emailed them for cancelation but refused to allow refund.
I was trying to contact a Thai gov website but somehow was pushed into this one which I thought was for a Thai visa but I paid for a seemingly not needed 'certificate' I visa and E visa are not linked and dealing with this group added to the hoops you need to go through and when I showed this to the Thai Embassy in London they 'warned' me away saying nothing to do with official gov visa business.
You should tell people they need a Thailand Pass . I was sent back on the next and could not enter the country . Some people like me thought that t8 is a Thailand pass . Vacation spoiled .
The only thing they do to help with your Visa is the T8 declaration form I was under the impression they handled everything to do with the VISA very difficult to communicate just by text when there is so much time difference for a response
I applied for 2 pax but we don’t have same flights details. I’ve received t8 with same details. There’s no option to change it at all. First application ask me my details but second didn’t ask about flights anymore and we ended up having same flight details. My partner dean is flying from London on august 04 and I am flying from manila on July 29. Pls help
Never use this service. It is an automated thing and it is impossible to contact anyone. Emails are simply ignored. I did not get what I paid for
I paid for 4 photos and only received 2.. Poorly printed...Not acceptable I want my money back...
I was unable to download the T8 form to my P.D.F. reader.I followed your instructions and it did not work. You also gave me a 1 day window to get my certificate of entry into Thailand. I was unable to get my certificate of entry. I was unable to print a copy of the T8 FORM. Iwas not allowed on the airplane to Thailand because I did not have my certificate of entry or proof of my T8 form. I have not seen my fiancee in Thailand in 15 months now. I think that your service is very unsatisfactory.
This company’s approval/certification and QR Code was absolutely worthless to the Thai government/ immigration. My wife (who is also a Thai citizen as well as Australian citizen was actually turned away because ivisa’s approval meant nothing

shared documents were not read and there were multiple emails sent for the same already shared documents
Worst ever experience for what I pay. It took 10 days to make this dumb staff understand the need. Even after that, I was misguided. I would not have spent this money for this evisa if you were not get me the Visa as I wanted. Good buy !!! Will never open your page again.
i am not satisfied from Ivisa service. there is some hidden commitments. i have paid 20 US Dollar for Thailand visa and after some time they send me just filled application form. This is too much amount just for Thailand on arrival visa application form filling .Every person fill this form because its too easy.
