I am not sure what benefit I got from paying IVISA what is a big fee, when in reality anyone can do it for free. But somehow their advertisment popped up on the Thai VIsa Consulate website, so at the time I thought that to obtaine the visa one now had to pay. I also thought that I could use them to obtain my non-immigrant O A visa. But when I emailed them they did not bother to answer. As I had paid. I just let it run.
The questions did not appear at the same time , that make my confused a bit..
I prefer documents to be sent in advance so I don't have to make comments before I can download and access my documents.
I like the app but I would prefer to get the Thailand digital arrival card a good bit earlier instead of waiting until the last minutes
I hope to have a face-to-face meeting at the visa office. Even if it costs more, it is acceptable to me. So I hope that you can provide a choice in the future, that is, you can apply online or in person at the visa office.
this option only offers 30 days. when in fact Thailand offers 60 day automatic entry
I like the fact that it can moving through Customes quicker. However, the cost I my opining may turn tourist from coming to Thailand.
Hello I was grateful for the help in obtaining the digital visa for Thailand. The hotel, pickup, etc., have been arranged for me. I don't need any further assistance. Thank you for your efforts.
Very slow by some of iVisa staff to understand their mistake. Many emails sent to iVisa to have them see that they (iVisa) had sent the wrong hotel information on my Thailand Pass application which was rejected the first time the application was sent in with the wrong hotel information. Staff at iVisa should be better acquainted with the English language.
It took an extremely long time to figure out what documents were needed for Thailand. It was very confusing, and I often had to stay awake at night to discuss what they needed because nobody answered in California time. In the end, the result was great. But, the process was a pain.
I. Cant really say anything good yet… however I read before I signed up that the t8 would expire in 14 days, however if you have a valid passport valid for at least 6 months, that the t8 would be valid. Now Ivisa is saying that they cannot process my t8 until 2 days before my departure date…. Which is 1.5 months away!!!!! CONFUSING!!! , and there customer service just repeated what the automated message said 1 hour prior….. sounds like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing… we will see what happens 3 days before departure….. I am worried now!!!
