It was easy and promised the delivery date. But I had 2 travelers but received only mine. Where is second traveler in case it gets lost.

Completion of the form is easy. Some wording early on the TDAC form creates confusion around the payment of the NZ$69.99 fee.
Would have been 5 Star, but £49 is a bit expensive, apart from that was a quick service.

Excellent service ,good delivery before suggested time frames. 2 charges , £60 for visa and £ 40 for landing pass , a bit unfair when countries are competing for tourists, in a tough economical world .
I think the process was quick and relatively. I was disappointed to have to pay over 800 HKD because it was quite close to flight time. Seemed a heavy penalty but I shall be well in advance next time. On the form filling, I had to enter my home address twice which was annoying but otherwise ok.
Customer service gets to you pretty quickly and my issues were solved right away.

Easy to complete apart from poor Internet at Narita Japan airport so it took some time.
In all it was successful, but I think, as the Digital Arrival Cardit is a new government process, more explanation about the application timing so close to the arrival date would be be welcome.

Used them for our TDAC for Thailand, much quicker n easier than the Thai Web site, which kept on glitching. Thailand have made changes to their visa on arrival, it's not very clear, however Ivisa were upto date on what documents we needed to submit. Siobhan
I was under the impression that the IVISA was a free service, but I had to pay $70 to process it...?

The service is very quick when there is an action to be taken by the visa requestor
The App works well. You can periodically check on updates. You can also contact the team and the response is reasonable.
The team advised on delays they were experiencing with the local authorities but in the end, I received my e-visa in time for my Thailand trip.
