The passport photo verification process was really annoying and the service was pretty expensive. However credit where its due the process was done quickly.
we were told on the TV that the visas was $20.00, but I paid $195.00, not very happy
I need a visa for a austrian citizen landed immigrant in canada .Got Passenger locator form.
I need the photo for an online UK passport renewal for a family member. The size of the photo must be at least 50KB and no more than 10MB. The size of the photo I was sent is only 38.5KB. The original I took of the applicant with my phone was 44KB and it was rejected, which was why I went on the iVisa site, where I imagined the staff would have the requirements for each country on hand. On the plus side, the service was very fast.
So far I'm really quite disappointed. You edited the first photo I submitted by changing the background color a little, and it was rejected by the UK passport authority's online pretest. I immediately sent an e-mail to your attention, but received no reply for two days (over the weekend, it is true.) I went to your website on Monday, and was unable at first to access you chat box, so I sent another e-mail. Then your chat box appeared, but it is frustratingly slow because it is e-mail dependent, and it took upwards of 20 minutes to get each reply from your agent. The instructions for using it are poor -- I had to ask how to submit new photos -- and now that I have done so I am still waiting for acknowledgement of their receipt (19 minutes later.) The whole interaction will have taken well over an hour, during which I had to stay near the computer without being able to do much else. Sorry, but I think you have quite a lot to do to make your customer service live up to its claims. The promise is great, but the actual experience was not good.
