Impecable! However, it is expensive, taking into account the economic situation for the majority of people nowdays, except for the rich 1%!
The experience was wonderful but I feel absolutely cheated because I realised it’s not an official UK gov visa site! They charged almost 70 eu for their “services”, which is a major SCAM. Go to the UK ETA app or site. The experience is the same. Fast and easy and the cost is £20!
Information and instructions easy to follow but downloading of photos was complicated
There was no prerequisite that I had to complete a survey before I could download the document. Now I am told that I cannot download the document until I have completed the survey
The idiotic review pop-up on the bottom of the document download page blocks me from clicking on and downloading the documents for the last person in our group. Fix this.
I cannot down load the document, I have tried multiple times over the last 5 minutes and it keeps going back to download your document. Nothing is happening .
I have found many friends received there Visa from the UK Government for under $20.00. I am a fool for paying $111.00 it seems. I will let Collette know that a representative mentioned this expensive site. I should have looked at the BBB rating.

My husband and I applied for a visa on your website and we paid about 110 CHF each. Our friends only paid about 11 CHF per person for the same visa. I know that I paid way too much on the iVisa website. I paid ten times more then I would have paid for the same visa on another website! I am very disappointed and I feel betrayed.
Thé date of expiration of the passeport is wrong on the receipt though I wrote it right. I can’t change it.
After submitting the application and making the payment, it became clear to me that as an Israeli I do not need a visa and should only pay £10 for the eta when you charged me £100. When I contacted you, I was told that you were very sorry but there was nothing you could do. This was not the answer I expected. What happened here was a robbery.
My husband’s says approval and then it says denial mine says approval and then it says denial when you go to print it so I have no clue what’s going on. I paid 200% more than if I went to a different site because I feel like you hijacked it. We need to get these approvals as soon as possible and then I can give you a good Google review. This company’s website popped up first when I searched for ETA for UK. It did not indicate that it was ‘sponsored’. I was in a hurry, and thought it was an official website. I paid $140 for something that is worth $12. I’m an angry customer who will never use this company again.
To be honest the visa for my husband and were provided quickly, but I do not understand why you charged such a high price. Only afterwards I learned that I could have obtained them for €13,-- instead of €100,-- per visa. This was not communicated openly.
Was not clear that by doing Ivisa that a $200+ fee would be applied. Not happy and go not recommend, go straight to government site.
You price is so high. Normaly you pay around 15e per person with you 90e. Basically you cheated me!
too much expensive. I learned, unfortunately after procceding, that I could get these documents at the government rate (~25€) while I spent ~177€. That's an absolute robbery
My husband attempted a joint application via the app last week. When he got to the payment the app declined payment from three different cards. He then completed the application online via computer using one of the same cards. Unfortunately due to the duplication of some of the steps he made an error and uploaded the wrong pic for myself. His application was accepted but mine was rejected. We received an email to this effect and were told that I would need to reapply and pay again as per government policy. We are both very annoyed about this as although my husband made an error it was brought about by the App failing to accept payment and the need to repeat parts of the process. As to my own more recent application which I did via the app, I uploaded the pic of my passport but it wouldn’t let me continue with the selfie giving only the options of “cancel” or “submit”. From the previous experience of being rejected I chose to cancel. I then completed my application online via computer without incident. The policy of no refunds when clearly the app is a beta version (2 applications which couldn’t be completed) - is grossly unfair. I even wonder if it is legal!
I was recommanded to ask the ETA in an app on my telephone. My screen is not so big, I thought I was asking the ETA on a safe government site, but unfurtuned I was guided to iVisa wich is very expensive and is situated in Russia. Not to be recommanded
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Stay away from this website!!!! They charge for stuff that can be done for free or for a very low charge then what this website is asking for.
Too much information required. Selfie very diffficult to get approved. Selfie not necessary. There are pics in my passport. Too expensive. And finally, WHYDO YOU SUDDENLY REQUIRE THIS VISA. It is humiliating. I will never visit the UK Again.
Ivisa overcharge by far.... for an ETA to the UK, do NOT use this site to apply.
I used ivisa because I was in a desperate hurry and because its listing was at the top of the page. By the time the result came though I had applied directly to UK Gov and received my ETA at one tenth of the cost. Unjustifiable expense for ZERO added value.
How come I got an extra cost of app. 100 pund when I was applying the ETA. Especially when I have written that I needed it the 27th of april, so no hurry. I could only choose 100, 105 or 110 pund when I was applying and did not have a possibility to avoid this quick cost.
It looks like robbery! IVISA abuses this situation where UK invents a new procedure, and squeezes loads of money out of the pockets of travelers, who do not succeed in using the ill-functioning UK ETA APP. So I got robbed too by IVISA after multiple failed trials with the UK ETA APP. Then, what IVISA is sending as so called ETA really looks like fraud: an unformatted, unsigned e-mail. I did not have any trust in this IVISA ETA, and applied again (now successfully) via the UK ETA APP.
I thought I was applying ETA on the official UK Government web-page and was surprised that the ETA was so expensive! So i feel really fooled now paying 10 times more tha the real UK Government web-page.This is not good and I want my money back.

I was tricked by my own googling into using your site. Was looking for the british government site. Now I paid the sum twice for one service. So, no. I am not pleased at all. You have aggressive marketing to a degree that makes it difficult to find the correct site on google.
I booked a flight to see a sick relative. I discovered that I needed a visa to enter. It was $30 for the VISA but another $300 for same day results!!!!
Google Play automatically downloaded this app, when I downloaded the official app from the UK government. Without realising there were two apps on my phone, I applied for the visa using this app. It charged me 10 times the government fee. I am hugely disappointed with myself for not noticing its business practice. I hope the visa is not fake.
Very unhappy, but my fault. Instead of paying £9, I paid over £100 for the ETA visa - I don’t understand why these services charge this much more as the service includes only minimal support :(

The input etc is easy and understandable, but the price for this is ridiculous. When it comes to the “Standard fee” that is almost 10 times the cost of the Government fees!
It is a financial robbery. I got it by accident and then it was too late. You probably paid Google to put this app before the "UK ETA" app even when the search is "UK ETA" in app store...
I was trying to get a entry ETA into England. Without thinking too much of it I got onto the website to went through the process. I was shocked at the expense but did not realize until after that this form should only cost about $12 US per person if you go through the UK website. What should have cost $51 US for a family of 4 cost $445 US. I tried to reach out immediately when I realized what had happened and could not get a human to answer. My fault but I know that I was way overcharged.
Etc was 1 h and it took 3 days I went to the airport and came back

What a shame ! 273€ for 3 visas for a trip to the UK for 3 travelers. the visa costs 10£. Service fees 240£ How is it possible? How your company still exists? Hope all the companies working like you will stop their activities.

Charging >100 Euros for a transaction that the British Government website can do for EUR15 is almost immoral. I hadn't noticed I was on the wrong site...
I later found out that I can order the ETA visa with the official app for a fraction of the cost iVisa charges
