In my opinion it should be useful if applicants are aware of visa validity duration on starting filling in the request.
The cost of a mini-visa for a 4 hour layover in Heathrow was excessive,
It starts like it's cheap, then it shows its teeth. Ouch, It was the cost of fast processing, which I don't need or want
It’s fine. For something’s I’m obligated todo. This review gauntlet is getting cumbersome.
Many steps before we find out the expence for eta. We thought it was expensive
I found it difficult taking photos and trying to get a decent photo of passport. Otherwise fine. A new experience for being elderly.
There were problems with uploading a photo, but otherwise the process was okay.
I'm not a fan of Apps, but had no other choice to obtain the visa. I found it somewhat confusing as some of the instructions were not offered at the beginning, mainly what was required when taking the photograph.
Took quite a while to complete the form. Couldn’t understand why you had to take photos and a copy of our passports
Up loading or downloading. I don't know how to perform this procedure. My secretary aided me in completing attaching the passports and photos.
The application was easy until I got to uploading my passport page, it kept telling me it wasn't clear 10 times before it finally took it. And I used my I Phone 17 pro.
Indicates service costs 20 pounds Total cost was $140 plus Why! Can’t get an answer!!!
Very disappointed a second submission was required and a second fee was required. The initial submission was submitted withiout any errors, yet it was rejected without and clear explanation.
In my opinion, your photo software is too demanding in terms of compatibility.
Very quick and easy to do. Just make sure you have your passport and credit card at hand. It is, however, very costly [$100.00} fee for using this app. If I had it to do over I would not use this app.
Although the whole procedure is ok, there is no notification if you have already done the Visa request within the previous two years. You run the risk of having (and paying for) two visas. This should be easily solved, as the passport number should be archive in your database.
The instructions about what you would be required to do were not presented at the beginning of the process. The requirement to submit photos was not evident at the beginning of the application process. Because I was not able to submit photos as required, I ended up paying twice to get my application processed.
The main problem I experienced was the photographing my personal details from my passport. It was impossible because of the highly reflective surface of the page. Only after I photographed a photocopy did I meet with instant success.
It would be helpful to list all documents needed, ie Scan of passport ID page, current picture, etc. Being able to collect these items before starting the process would make the application smoother without having to stop mid-process to collect missing documents.
To make it more simple .and cheaper ... A lot of people doesn t go to uk now because of this expensive Visa .and it is sad , uk is is a lovely country . Regards
Somewhat easy to navigate the website. I thought the cost is a bit high.
High processing fees if not using UK website; but all went well. Application approved once all requirements were satisfied.
It was ok For an old age pensioner I could do it
The Visa document was delivered quickly once the process was complete. However, uploading my photo and passport wasn’t awkward. It was easier than having to visit a British embassy, but not up to current standards of online documentation.
We had difficulties with taking the pitctures and adding them to two persons.
Too much irrelevant information. With my passport number and my name you should be able to get anything you need.
Your refund service is good, but I ended on your website because I clicked on buttons by naivety and paid for something I could do myself. On top, during my payment on your website, my credit card was pirated. Luckily my bank inhibited worse.
I had not done something like this in a long time and spelling ones name differs if you look at passport faceside or underline. Are there other options and fees for the Eta apart from speedy or rush requests?
When applying it would be helpful to know what documents you should have ready.
--Easy to use --We heard that some in our group got Visas from a different source that cost $20.00. Mine cost around $100.00!
It was very difficult for me to take the selfie, but the Sherpa app was worse, thats why I used your app. But yours is to expensive, against the Sherpa. I am 74 years old and I dont like apps.
It was not easy to upload a good enough picture of my passport
the filling of the application was not difficult, but the browsing the photo and picture of the passport took some efforts
The photo taking process was tricky; I didn’t understand the “center your face” directive. Also surprised when the photo turned out to include my torso as well as face!
It took me a number of times to complete the process because basically the photos. Someone savvier than me might not have an issue.
The biggest problem was take a picture of the passport without reflexes
Because of my aging computer equipment I had trouble attaching photographs to the application. One photograph was rejected without explanation but when I replaced it with an alternative the original rejected one was used!!!!!!!!!!!1
You should have been informed upfront that you needed a digital copy of your passport and a picture. I had to scramble to get it all together. I have rated higher if I was better informed before starting the process.
I found the app a bit opaque. There were download buttons on the screen which said the process wasn’t finished.
76 year old man with british passport and swedish passport, both valid. I use my swedish pass all the time for convenience in and out of EU. Ivisa does not give me the option of explaining this at the beginning, however all's well that ends well.
It was a problem to send my own picture and also the picture of my passport. However, it worked at the end. Thank you
It was quick and not too difficult. However, you ask a lot of money (80 euros for this service which is done entirely digital, no humans involved.
Difficult to pay, my visa & mastercard not accepted. Had to ask my daughter in law to provide me with her visa card
Service was good, easy to complete, however a real nightmare to get a receipt. Other than that simple process
For people like me that don't like pictures, it was very difficult. I had to ask people to help me and it wasn't easy because of the specifications required. You have to pay at the beginning instead at the end of the process.
I had to retake my picture and a copy of my passport several times. It was not an easy process. Every time I thought the pictures went through, I was told something went wrong and I had to redo them. It took about 4 tries to be successful. That’s EXTREMELY frustrating!!
One of the passports I had to upload a lot of times. Tried different versions, without success. Until you take over. Otherwise quite expeditiously.
I had to re-submit my photo five times -my passport only went through on the 8th try. I could not tell the difference between each take
Fees are outrageous. Unless you are totally versed in navigating the tech world, you are going to have a chore dealing with the software to add in the personal data and passport picture and passport photo. You do communicate well with your customers. In contrast, for instance there is no legitimate two-way communication with UK-eta!
An explanation of what to expect and how the format progresses to achieve the visa would have been very useful to me instead I stumbled through finding out things from making mistakes which caused me anxiety and made it harder but luckily you have safety nets but you only find this out when you’re finally finished and wondering nervously if it actually happened.
