Your site is very expensive to get a visa. I could have gotten a visa for ten pounds. I thought your site was for the visa department in the UK.
As far as I know, the ETA fee is around 10 pounds, but the amount charged is almost close to 100 pounds. Please kindly check the amount and provide a response.
I had to take the passport picture numerous times because there was a glare in the passport picture itself and there was nothing I could do about it.
The cost was too high. If you apply in gov.uk the cost is just 12,43€ but if you apply from this app the cost is 91€ !!!
It was a rip off using this site. I googled UK ETA and did not realise that I was directed to this site which charged me a 900% fee to issue my UK ETA which I now discover could have been easily done on the UK government website. Do not use iVisa. They take your money for doing nothing.
It to expensive for a visa for UK I pay over 800 kr for a visa for uk. Normally, it’s only cost 10 pounds oh my God, I feel like I got robbed
I was shocked at the price! The actual document cost $13USD but because we needed it expedited, they charged us $221USD! This is such a profit-making organization that I find it difficult to recommend to anyone. Do your due diligence and wait 3 days - it will save you $200USD!
My Pictures of ourselves and our passports were accepted and then rejected multiple times before completion. The entire process took more than an hour. More important - Several traveling companions were charged about $13 US dollars each - we were charge $223 for a two person application and we are only changing planes in London. Should never have been required in the first place

The application process is very cumbersome and users are not well guided through it. The steps in providing the information for each applicant aren't well explained and the applicant for which the information is to be required isn't identified - requiring a lot of looking around to find out what is expected. Using self-taken pictures is a recipe for rejection. My wife's application was rejected in spite of her photograph being initially accepted. Having to pay again to re-apply is ridiculous since the information provided was initially accepted.
It took me 50 minutes. Very difficult for a person over 70. Not user-friendly.
The Real ETA is thru UK.gov for $13.45 USD and takes only a few minutes to get approved.

The search engine should not have directed me to you but rather the UK Government site. Why can you charge basically 10 times the fee to perform the same task? What did you value add to justify your fee. When I realised you charged me 180 dollars rather than 20 contacted Amex to make sure you were not a scam. I am still concerned that you are! Please advise how you calculate your fees. Please also put this comment on your website so others are aware of your mark up.
The process is very unfriendly. Moreover, your charges are extremely high. The UK government site clearly states that it cost £10.00 for the visa. Your charges is 10 times more expensive.
I am not sure if this is fake. I want to cansel our order, but I cannot find an mailadress. We have paid too much for this and I am not sure if this Visa is fake or not. So I want to cansel this order. We are afraid about our pass ports. Sylvia Kivle
It's a fraud to charge more than €100 for a visa that the official UK website processes faster than you for €12.
Cost of third party versus government issue is not a good value.
Misleading emails on what needed to be fixed. Telling me that I didn't fill out a question when the question was never asked! Passport photo requirements way too restrictive.

You charged me OVER 108 Euros for a Traval Visa that costs 12 Euros on the UK Gov website. You are scammers and your fees are nothing short of criminal.
It would have been good, if you had told me, to go to the British Government homepage, and done the same work there (even less)as I did to you. That would have saved me 600,00 kr.
It was hard to get in to. @ web sites were provided by the travel agency. One alwaqys came up "page not available". The other insisted that a smartphone be used so I had to seek the assistance of a nerd - who did it all for me. So deffectively I could not use your system at all.

Not easy with my mobile but with My computer plus my mobile I did manage However : My son passed thru the UK website for his ETA and paid only 16€ for thé same document as me. So i feel frustrated : I paid 100€ here !!!!!
Very expensive and over complicated service. No record of submitted documents. Uploads are unreliable. Passport was accepted first then rejected one day later. Very hard to access the application after submission
It's a scam. They charge 100€ for a UK ETA, that you can just get from the official app for 13 €.
Taking lots of money for something that should cost £10. Then as a grand finale the application was not approved.
They should let people know up front that there is a cheaper way to do this and not take advantage of people who have never done this before.
I thought the price was suppose to be 12 dollars each person. When I completed I noticed it was 3 rd party. I tried to cancel and you customer service sucks. Also I still don’t have t have my visa it was suppose to be to me within 24 hours. I want a refund or at least some money back
Mother taking 4 dependents into UK. Mother approved, 3 out of 4 dependents approved. 1 dependent denied. File closed. No refund. Three possible reason given why the 1 child was denied. Now need to start a new file for that child. Passports were very difficult to photograph -they had glare due to the marks on the pages. This process was very time consuming.
For the price, there really is no service. If my photo wasn’t acceptable tell me and I’ll redo it.
You write prices in Danish krone but withdraw money in US dollars.

This was an awful waste of time and money. Having to repeatedly upload photos for what is just a money grab is frustrating.
Confusing to get photos entered properly, husband was denied due to photos and company wants me to re pay 111 dollars . The chat bot for help is not helpful I need help redoing my husbands visa should not have to repay 100 $ no one has been getting back with help
After going trough the whole procedure I had to pay $499 Dollars (!) for 4 ETA entrance Visa's EXTREMELY expensive since I found out a bit later that the UK Visa should only cost about GBP10,00 per ETA Visa ! Shame on Ivisa! Ridiculous! I am furious about this.

The UK Government web site said the ETA costs ten Pounds. I got manipulated into your devious web site and ended up paying $170 Canadian! Absolutely criminal!!!
I feel being cheated. When opening the App I was told that the fee was GBP 10. When I came to the payment the fee was 10 times that.
An $89.99 processing fee while your site appears when people input Gov.uk ETA. That is misleading and fraudulent. An ETA that should have cost me £10, ended up costing me over $102. With radio button already lit I was not even aware there was a processing charge. I disputed the amount with my credit card and will continue my fight over this until you either change your site and make people aware ahead of time of the steep processing charge, before they input their most relevant information. All along I believed I was on a British government site. I advocate for Seniors and will not recommend you for anyone.
Very hard to use. Had to enter pictures of documents multiple times. Lighting had to be perfect to accept.
I asked iVisa for my wife and myself. For my wife, no problem, for me I was rejected ! without reason . I can ask again a new iVisa and naturally I shall pay again. Good bargain for the government. I am a 76 year old gentleman, I do not think I am a danger to the United Kingdom...

All the entries had to edited which was very difficult The cost was exorbitant I did not need a 24 hour response for $99 I should not have to pay for processing
You are charging 100 usd to do something costing 11 USD. It is a complete rip off
Uploading the personal photos was very frustrating. Surely passport info pages with photo included should be sufficient. This would be impossible for anyone without competent technological skills.
