  • BEWARE!! This company is a rip off, they charged us over $300 for 2 visas which would have cost $40 on an official site!! They prey on the vulnerable. Avoid at all costs.

  • we did not have to get the expedited service and nowhere does it say that we could apply directly - **** google's ads.

  • Took over 2 hours to go thru this complicated process. and VERY expensive

  • This is a 3rd party site masquerading as the UK Gov site which I wanted. The cost is more than 8 times the cost available on the gov site. This fact should be clearly stated. This site has also positioned itself to make unknowing travelers clink on it first. Although the work was done in a speedy way its seems to be a bait and switch company.

  • I was scammed. The visa should have only cost $19 and I paid well over $100. Others got the same visa for only $19 on a legitimate site.
    SharonMarch 3, 2025
  • I was charged $111.59 when it’s supposed to be about $12.00. I feel I was scammed! The site looked official but was not.

  • Your replies were helpful and staff seems pleasant. Process was way too difficult. All ericans are not HIM.TORTURING us doesn't make sense I am the daughter of a World war II British paratrooper. I thought this process was ridiculous. I was rejected for photos with glasses on when I didn't have any on etc.

  • I am going to London for a one week vacation and only needed an ETA - not a visa! So, I paid $100.00 vs $12.00! How about a refund?

  • Did not realize that I could have gotten this document at the UK government site much cheaper
    Warren SmithFebruary 28, 2025
  • The fee was taken from my account twice. If my bank did not have such strong security you would have taken the fee twice!
    Anne FarrellFebruary 27, 2025
  • The photo part was terrible as was the feedback of correct/incorrect response
    Anthony PellegriniFebruary 27, 2025
  • I am unable to know this ivisa is a third party agency for application of ETA which having no sign or wordings on the form.
Chuck Ngan Anne KwokFebruary 27, 2025
  • Used ivisa by mistake, tried to get to the official UK government site and was led to ivisa ended up paying 10 times the official rate. Would appreciate a refund.
    Raphael KastnerFebruary 27, 2025
  • I didn’t realize that you charged a very high service fee My traveling companion paid only $13 for the same service
    Paula Anne ClarkeFebruary 27, 2025
  • Through UK Government site, an ETA costs 10 pounds per person. I was charged for 2 people an outrageous $384.91 Australian! This is total fraud!!!! I request a total refund!
    Elizabeth Sue NielsonFebruary 26, 2025
  • I had great difficulty uploading my passport and photo to your site. Took a lot of time and multiple tries. Said it was accepted and then a message would come saying I had to re-do it, twice. Very frustrating and then I found I paid $99 US when I could have gotten the same thing for $12 US!!
    Deborah Susan FrombolaFebruary 26, 2025
  • can't believe I was in that much of a hurry and didn't verify I was on the UK.gov site. You charge an outrageous amount...the travel ETA visa is about $12, and you charge $111...that's a rip off!
    Elaine Elder CarsonFebruary 25, 2025
  • I gave full information by phone to Kamila for her to follow up
    JOHN KINGFebruary 24, 2025
  • You misrepresented yourself as being the UK government app, then charged me an extremely high fee
    Marc TrahanFebruary 24, 2025
  • The ONLY reason I used this service was because I wasn't paying attention to what appeared first on Google. I thought it was the official UK ETA site instead of a sponsored site. After I realized my mistake, I went to the official UK site to process my wife's ETA and paid $13. I was charged $111 by this company.

  • I mistakenly click on the Ivisa website, it charged high fees. I changed my mind and wanted cancel my order. But it won’t let me cancel.
    Jennifer Thi LeFebruary 24, 2025
  • I thought that I was connecting to the UK government site. My mistake cost me additional fees to the cost of the visa.
    Angela DuffyFebruary 24, 2025
  • I am finding out that I could have gotten the Visa's through the ETA web site for $20 Not $224. I am hoping this wasn't a scam and the Visa I have is legit.
    Carla CahailFebruary 22, 2025
  • Ridiculously expensive. Took my money before letting me know what information I was required to submit.
    REBECCAFebruary 22, 2025
  • If a rating of less than 1 star was possible, I would give it! Your option automatically came up, so I foolishly thought this was the process, and used it. The visa cost me $168.67 Canadian. I was furious when I discovered it was £10 through the UK site. You ripped off and scammed a senior citizen who is travelling to London to help her daughter out because she is having surgery in a couple of days. I am furious! I tried to use your stupid help system, but could not find a human, just your stupid “bot”. So I used it. And you used me!!!

  • I was misled into thinking that I was directly applying for the UK visa. I didn’t realize I was at a commercial site that charged me $200 for two $12 dollar visas.
    LindaHFebruary 21, 2025
  • 1. I don't have our visa's 5 days later 2. I didn't realize this was not an official website: My friends got their visa's in minutes for $10. You are common thieves.
    Terry Marie McGuirkFebruary 21, 2025
  • Unfortunately clicked on this versus the other app where my spouse paid far less for the same service. His cost was $13 and mine was $113. Outrageous
    Karen A ThompsonFebruary 21, 2025
  • Google says my fee would be about $10 USD. In the app my charge was $111 USD. I didn’t have a $10 option. Feels like a money grab from the government.
    Money GrabFebruary 21, 2025
  • Because you are a rip off. I should have read reviews before engaging you. When enquiring for a visa your website comes up - you charged a huge mark up when I should have gone straight to the government department - cost 10 pounds. Now ido not know if your visa is valid or not!
    John DrennanFebruary 21, 2025
  • I meant to go to the actual UK.gov website and accidentally got my visa through this company. I paid a lot for "processing" which would have been free if I'd gotten the visa through the UK website. Also, it was very time consuming and the passport and other photos weren't accepted so we had to keep doing them over and over.
    Mary BowenFebruary 20, 2025
  • One of our party did not get an ETA and you did nothing to help or explain. It cost me 150 for nothing.
    Jayne HudsonFebruary 20, 2025
  • Not sure this document is legit. was not allowed to cancel and no reply to original emails. not happy. I tried to cancel a few minutes after the order when I realised it was not the visa that I wanted but emails all bounced back. Company not helpful.

  • I wasn't paying attention and clicked on your website instead of the direct UK ETA one. That mistake cost me $99. Whereas, the fee from UK ETA is $13. This is one is on me, but I would really like to be refunded the $99. I will definitely be more careful when/if I need to renew the UK ETA. I see that the documents that are "mine" to download are not even in my name and the passport number is not mine. This site is a sham, in my opinion. I will be lodging a report with the UK.
    Sally KnippelFebruary 19, 2025
  • Took way too long. Photos took multiple attempts. Very frustrating and time consuming.
    JulietFebruary 19, 2025
  • Ripped off with cost of an ETA to UK $414 instead of $40 for two people
    Graham Maurice ArcherFebruary 19, 2025
  • I was deceived. I didn’t realize this was a third party provider and that I could have gotten my ETA pass directly from the government for $12.95 without an insane $97 fee on top of it. This company won’t even return a phone call to explain themselves. Criminals.

  • I had HEAPS of problems with the process ( and I am computer savvy). The main problem was uploading the files in particular the photos. I had at least 30 attempts with each of the 2. I ended up googling issues re visa application and I was alerted to using a flash on the camera, even though photos were taken in adequate lighting. One example was that the photo depicted my husband wearing glasses. In fact, he has bags under eyes and was not wearing glasses. I took a photo with a flashlight, with him lying down in a dark room and the photo was successful! At times the screen seemed to freeze when file was loaded, so I had to save & exit. Unfortunately, I then had to transverse each screen from the very beginning rather than where I had exited. Very onerous and expensive process.

  • I’m unsure whether or not we’ve been scammed. I should have done more research before I completed this purchase. I thought I was being referred to a reliable source by the UK government when I started this process. Now, I’m not sure. If anyone else is tempted to follow through on this site, be cautious and do some research before proceeding!

  • 2-15-25 It took several attempts to get photos and passports uploaded. I have never had such a difficult and frustrating experience. PC
    Paul Edward CahillFebruary 18, 2025
  • Your website is not user friendly. Instructions are vague. I found it to be a giant pain. If I didn't have to apply for the ETA I would never use you.
    Edward Decker AgneFebruary 16, 2025
  • You’re just scamers… It take minutes and cost £10 instead of ₪800.
    Alexander FrumanFebruary 15, 2025
  • I paid four times the amount that I should have . I found out that the ETA only costs $20 . Not happy.
    Rhonda MawerFebruary 15, 2025
  • My confirmation letter has the wrong passport # on it. I hope it’s just a clerical error and nothing that will stop me from getting in to the UK??? Please email me so that it can get fixed before I travel this Sunday
    Bryan Dale NicholsFebruary 15, 2025
  • We were charged 10 times what our friends were for their Visas. They paid 12 lbs each and we paid over $100 each. My husbands eta down loaded on my iPhone wallet but we cannot get mine to download and we don't know who or how to contact someone for help.
    Linda PorterFebruary 15, 2025
  • it was extremely difficult to follow the instructions for seniors 81 and 91 years old...we got help and still had difficulty
    ANN WEINFebruary 15, 2025
  • I am unable to download the visa document. I emailed this situation and received no answer. I spent much time placing the two photos and finally after abhor plus it worked. This was maddening for me. However, I cannot download the document which infuriates me. PLEASE -- GET ME THE NEEDED DOCUMENT!!!

  • Unbelievably time consuming. I may have inadvertently spent far more than I needed as it cost us $222.80 for two people rather than a mere $13.95 for one person!!! My husband and I needed an ETA to enter England for our upcoming 10 day trip. Loading our Passport was pretty good, but trying to get our photos loaded and accepted was incredibly time consuming ---- hours!!! Five rejected photos!!! Your chat help was useless. Your video (regardless of how many times we watched) was useless. I think the only reason we got it through was when I decided to try the QR code on my phone rather than emailing my Iphone photos and then downloading and attaching them. Unbelievable that I tried at least 5 times with submitted photos not to mention the many photos my husband and I took that we decided would be rejected. And, you've got to be kidding with that last question: "Do you seek to engage in ....terrorist activities, espionage, sabotage, genocide, war, war crimes, or crimes against humanity?" Geez, would a terrorist really answer 'yes' to that?? Which, to be totally clear, I'm definitely not a terrorist, but merely a frustrated person who obviously did a lot wrong when completing your online form. Does this mean I actually have a full Visa rather than the ETA because we spent so much more than 2 X 13.95 for it? Hard to believe this online form is from the country that gave us William Shakespeare. Yes, this is based on my genuine experience and regrettably not something I was prompted to write. It's probably all my fault, but shouldn't you make it clearer to distinguish between an ETA and a more expansive VISA if that's indeed what I did? It took me over 2 hours to do it, and wow within 5 minutes of submission we got 'approved'... very perplexing.

  • The whole process is too technologically advanced for older people and those who are less tech savvy.
    NOEL BERNARD HUMPHREYSFebruary 12, 2025
  • I found out too late that I didn't need to spend $169 on your services to get a UK Visa and I could have done it for $18 on the government website. What a rip off.
