They make you pay first then come with additional information. I paid first and then they told me that this application is not compatible with your passport. Scam

Impossible to get a hold of a live person to ask question . After submitting initial application , there was a 4 week hold period before application was sent off to visa office of Uzbekistan. I kept on calling to ask for application to be processed . Always put on hold for at least 30 mins . My requests were completely ignored .
It was giving seven days for this application but it past already 7 days and I don't have answers.
i paid for urgent visa $95 but got it today which is not right at all. I had to cancel my trip as i had to be in Tashkent on 22nd or 23rd latest. I should be refunded the extra money i paid
I paid for expidited service and they still were not able to get my Visa done in time for my trip. They are Expensive and not able to meed the needs that they promise.
Conduct was not rude at all. In fact, people were nice but I requested an expedited service for work. Not only was it late but they could not tell me how late it would be so until the last minute I had no idea. This was one leg in my trip and it could have caused a cancellation for all the other legs. I also ended up going to the embassy taking work documents. It was totally unnecessary. Had I known how long it would take, I would not have been so inconvenienced.
I paid for the 48 hour service and did not get it. I also could not get a reasonable explanation.
Promised Visa in 48 hours on super rush. Got it in 91 hours. Missed flight. Some agents rude. Others tried but company has no real power to speed up process so the agents cannot really help you. Caught several agents in lies, ie saying my Visa was randomly selected for extra processing.others admitted they did not know reason. Completely messed up my travel.
I paid 20 dollars extra for the visa which said 72 hours and had booked my ticket for 22/12/2018 I had to cancel my flight last minute and all my hotel bookings because of the delay

I submitted my visa application on November 13th and did not receive my visa until the night before my flight. I paid an extra fee for it to be expedited which took about a week. There was a number that I called in which it sent me straight to a voicemail and said I could contact them by email. I emailed several times between the 13th and the 19th, which is the date I finally received my visa. It was very stressful and I thought I was going to have to miss my flight due to this. On top of this, when I finally got someone to help me out, they told me that it had been approved for a while they just hadnβt sent me the final completion of the visa.
its already5 days since i applied for 60 dollar 3 day visa but no confirmation yet...so im in a dilema about my trip
