the first time I got on the web site. it wouldn't accept my well prepared pictures. I became so frustrated, I quit and tried the next day. I came through by a different route and found the questioins in a different order and the example of the form the pictures should be in was different. I had no trouble.
There was a significant delay in the process due to a high number of visa requests. That said, my email to iVisa stating my concerns, was answered immediately and the visa was then processed within days. Very good customer relations.
It took a very long time but glad visa came through in the end. Thanks
