I made a mistake choosing the type of visa, I tried to ask for help and support but until now nobody has contacted me.
I think iVisa gets paid to do what anyone could do if government websites weren't full of bugs. Likely in cahoots with the many governments around the world to keep things as is.
It would have been a great experience but my professional photo was not accepted and I was not given a clear reason why. This caused me a great deal stress.Apparently, it only needed to be slightly enhanced and that should’ve been done by I-visa without me having to request explanations eight times.
Your site extremely confusing. You mention you can use a scan passport copy then come back saying that only a photo is accepted. I had to ask support 3 times in order to clarify. Find another site programmer ...now.
This application was easy and inexpensive until I got to the photo. I had my photo taken at a US post office twice, but neither image passed. I had the photos re-worked to 300 dpi, but still not good enough. A friend finally took my picture, but that wasn't ok either until he re-set it at 300 dpi. FINALLY! the photo was approved. Everything else about this experience was fine. Very frustrating. This went on for more than a week.
