The number of peole can be challenging. Not being able to speak to a human being is irritating BUT, I admire their patience and extreme courtesy. They were dealing with an older person who was challenged with all the techie stuff and they persisted. Long story short: I received my visa 2 days later. So, in spite of my frustrations, I recomnend them and would use them again

It ain’t over til I get the visa! In the meantime, the price is reasonable and the process is certainly easier than sending your passport to the embassy. However, the application could improve instructions for uploading passport and photo.
