The E-Visa form was not complicated and does not take a long time to get a visa approved.
Impossible to get a hold of a live person to ask question . After submitting initial application , there was a 4 week hold period before application was sent off to visa office of Uzbekistan. I kept on calling to ask for application to be processed . Always put on hold for at least 30 mins . My requests were completely ignored .

I really love it the service and the procedure for apply its quite easy and only one thing for example if visa onlh can proceed after specific date which u giys should mention bz i apply on 20 and ia recived email visa can be proceed only after 1 nov so it will be great whn we apply they can mention on same time before we pay and another thing no one answer in help care number however i am happy with quick service thanks a lot

Fast, simple service - excellent experience. Please note - I did not receive an email to let me know that the visa was ready, but checked when I received the "rating" message. Would be 5.5 stars if there was an automatic notification that the visa was ready.
It took a little longer than we had hoped, partly due to an error on my part. Once we fixed that error, though, it took longer than they said it would. However, the tech support people were very helpful and straightened out the problems. Apparently the last problem was that the Uzbek government computers were not working properly. I will use ivisa.com again for future visas we may need. Thank you to the tech support staff.

Helpful and prompt responses to get my visa on time! Wasn't sure which options to go with and thought there was an issue with the site because it wasn't letting me put in the dates I wanted, but I got a response that helped clarify what I needed and saved me some money. Customer experience could have been just a little better if there was a confirmation email that let me know that my question was received. It took a day or two to hear back, so I wasn't sure if my email had gone through or not.
