The visa application process is straightforwd and seems to be available for many countries. Every document is processed on line, no mail is required which is time consuming and error prone. We got our visas within a week, which is impressive.
Maybe I missed it, but the requirements for the photo should be spelled out when the process starts. I struggled submitting my own photo, but it eventually worked. The back and forth response was quite prompt.

My friend’s photo shoot was a breeze and even though her bangs covered her forehead so the picture really looked like her, my final picture doesn’t look much like me because of all the hair changes I needed to make for an acceptable photo.

I (American) had a series of issues trying to apply for an Uzbekistan visa: official MFA evisa portal malfunctions, and a failure by the portal to accept payment, and (later) my documents--but no clear explanation as to the reason. (I suspect it was the size and/or resolution of the passport page scan.) After many attempts and much frustration, I contacted iVisa. Never used a visa service before in 34 years of international travel. Visa was approved in 2.5 business days. Communication was prompt and clear. Highly recommended for dealing with visa issues. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

It would have been a great experience but my professional photo was not accepted and I was not given a clear reason why. This caused me a great deal stress.Apparently, it only needed to be slightly enhanced and that should’ve been done by I-visa without me having to request explanations eight times.

I was very happy once my application was finally submitted. I had difficulty downloading the pictures of my passport and passport photos. I think the problem was that I took the pictures with my iPad tablet. Once I took the picture of my passport on my iPhone it seemed to work. They were very helpful!

I needed to get visas for two people for two different countries. The website made this an easy, straightforward process. When the official government website was down and the support email for the website bounced back my email, I was so stressed and worried that I will never get my visa. However, after spending less than five minutes writing, uploading, and paying for my eVisa with iVisa and receiving my reply a week later (when it could have taken much longer), I can look forward to traveling and not stressing.
