Not upfront on how much extra you charge compared to the direct visa websites. I was charged $480 when direct it was $50 that is far beyond a reasonable service up charge
Well I found out that a visa to Vietnam through the government or right channels cost a fraction of the cost we paid for the visa through this. I will be very careful next time and will not be recommending this website for anyone. Once again a hard lesson to learn but one I’ve learnt the hard way.
There is suppose to be a 15% discount on my next order and this didn't get apply causing me to overpaid and support team DID NOT resolve this issue
My birthday is not correct on my Visa and I cannot get in touch with a person to have it corrected. I leave on November 7 and I don't think the Vietnam government will permit me in.
Applied for a 'super rushed' 3-day visa. Visa has only just been approved a week later, and have only been refunded half of the £300. Now struggling to re enter the country to make our visas viable. Little to no support on what to do as the '24/7' contact button on site doesn't work. Had no response from email.
Took more than 7 days (more than the 5 days advertised on the website). Resulted in us having to cancel our trip. Next time we will go direct to the government website instead of using an agency. Lonely Planet should not be recommending agencies. All of those recommended in the current (2022) version are kaput.

This company took my money and gave me a fake e Visa. I highly recommend not using their services.
At NO stage of the online process was I asked to upload documentation relating to my vaccinations and negative pre-flight covid PCR test - nor I was I even prompted to provide detail of same for inclusion on the form - all you have down in PARTLY fill in a paper form - you have not as your marketing suggests completed the process so I can move quickly and freely through immigration by merely scanning my code - I still have the issue now of having to provide additional information at immigration and produce hard copies of documentation. In short I could have filled in the very simple form myself at the airport and shown paper copies of documentation and saved myself your fee. Very unimpressed and my online comments in social media will confirm this.

After three messages we got our visa and that was many days more then the three days you say on your homepage. As this was close to our journey it caused us worries.
it's not a visa you buy. you can do the same pre-visa approval cheaper on any other site. it's a scam that let you think at every step of the purchase that you are buying e-visa. never again.

No assurance on when will i get the visa. Its been 6 days I applied for vietnam visa. I finally had to cancel my flight.
We were not advised that the application could take longer than the maximum time they advised us, and so, due to delays, we did not receive our visa in time for our trip. This therefore rendered the visa useless when we did receive it, and we were denied a refund.
Customer support was good but I did not receive my Visa in time for my flight to depart Thailand to Vietnam. I paid extra for fast processing to avoid this issue and I missed my flight. There was no information on the website or anywhere else in the Visa process stating that processing might be dealyed due to holidays. I just got my Visa approval after I left the airport. If it had been issued a 1/2 hour beforehand I would not have missed my flight.
Absolutely the worst service ever. They guaranteed three day approval and even committed to two days in the chat. I paid for expedited service and obtained my visa eight days later. Three days after I landed in Vietnam. Do not use this service go to the official government site. It is cheaper and more efficient
Paid for 24 HR visa to Vietnam and took over 72 HR to receive, Be the judge!
Do not use thus service if require an urgent visa. Website issues cost over 4 hours lost time to get application in, plus inability to deliver rush option. (20 hours not 12) my travel was booked against these expectations at late notice- has been a bad and very expensive lesson. Online portal no option to speak wih human. Lorenzo tried his best to help but missed flight minus visa.
Quoted time to get my Visa was 5 business days, I received it after 8. Totally unacceptable. I would have been unable to enter the country if not for buying another expedited service from a different company.
My daughter's name on the VOA was spelled incorrectly. We waited 5 days for an incorrect letter. I trust that this will be fixed ASAP.

Terrible experience. Good luck finding someone to answer the phone or a chat message. Uploaded the wrong visa confirmation and can't get anyone to correct it.

I paid extra money for super urgent 3 days delivery. I was not delivered within 3 days and got it at the end of 4th business day. This is unacceptable. I will be raising this at various forums. And the least I expect is refund of the extra money paid to you.
order no-134716 recieved evisa on22/11/2018 for me and my wife.there was a mistake of date of arrival in my visa,which I informed through chat message on the same day.The person from your side acknowledged the mistake,appologised and replied that ammended visa will be issued.Till date therewas no message of the action taken.Today morning I sent a mail mentioning all the details.Failing to get any reply I contacted your Kolkutta office and came to knowt that no action has been taken so far.This show your total callousness towards your customers.I am quite dissaatisfied with your team

I wouldn't even rate this 1 Star. Not only did I not receive my approval letters before my flight, I paid over $260 for the fast track service. There was little to no communication with me, except an empty promise. In the end I had to go through another company, and pay a further $270. My advice, go directly to the appropriate embassy. Lesson learned.
I am still waiting for a reply to my email. My invitation letter arrived 3 days with delay so I couldn’t use it in the airport to extend my stay. I now have to go to then inmigration department in Hanoi city and no longer need such document. I demand an immediate refund.
I am really disappointed with my experience. The passport number was left off my application and when i reached check in they would not accept it. I ended up spending $300 to get an emergency visa at the airport. This was highly stressful and meant i nearly missed my flight. I will be following this up with your company for a refund and compensation.
