The experience was good, given all the information that needs to be provided. We found the fees to be high, but then we haven't dealt with travel to Vietnam previously.
The entire visa application was very straightforward and professional. The process was expedited quickly and efficiently. The only negative element was that when I searched for the appropriate website to lodge the visa application, the iVisa webpage did not make it clear that this was a third-party company rather than, what I had assumed was, the official government website.
the application process is easy and they update every now and then of the progress of your application. the only thing that is not clear is the amount you are paying and the fee is very expensive but then , it might be worth the effort they put in making sure that the visa is process swiftly and correctly.highly recommend, even though its expensive.

I have not received all of my visas, but my understanding is that I won’t receive them until I’m on my holiday. Hopefully, everything goes well.
An expensive service, but you are in good hands. I didn't fill out the form correctly and their customer service helped me fix it. Customer Service is only available via chat and it took some time to fix the issue.

The experience was very good but I thought it was expensive for one time entry to Vietnam.
Very good overall with regular updates on processing stages. The initial application process via the phone app was a little bit "clunky" at times but I understand the importance of all information being accurate.

Some of the questions were not very clear initially, but all OK in the end.
Mostly was easy to fill out , had trouble with inserting photo and passport page. But worked it out eventually.

Was quite easy to fill the form, definitely expensive compared to other sites. There should be a bigger difference with delivery time. Regular 12 days, Rush 10 days ( should be 7) there’s also a 3 days super rush. We ask for rush and received our visa in 4 days. That’s great! The process was easy, thanks
My (Patricia) visa came through very quickly. Mike's, on the other hand, took much longer and dealing with AI was very frustrating... it kept repeating email content and questions even when it had acknowledged receipt of the application.

When online, the team was quite responsive, they did solve an issue that I was having, and they checked things over to make sure that things were accurate before submitting our documentation. We remain optimistic that our Visa will be approved. I did not give a 5 star as I had wanted to speak with someone and that was not possible...still all in all, it went quite well

Take your time doing answering the questions. The system should be set up that all questions are answered before payment is made.
Very simple. However, more info was required and so an email was sent to me requesting this. As it was urgent, and SMS would have been better. Went right to the wire, but visa came through late Friday night. Leaving Monday.
I had to try a few times until I was able to submit , then it wasn't that hard.
The only frustration was I didn’t have all the required information when I commenced the process.
The form was fairly easy to fill out, but I didn’t like you had to PAY BEFORE you even had a chance to know everything you would need to have. Different Visa needed different sizes of photos, addresses for the hotels, etc Being on a group travel itinerary,, we had the names of possible hotel or alternative, with no confirmation and then having to look up the addresses. Attaching passport and photos was no problem, but real confusion of what the question about an ID was ? Knowing the questions ahead, would make it less stressful if we had all our information ahead of filling in the form.. Knowing the time schedule ie. I filled out forms early to avoid a last minute issue only to discover the Cambodian Visa would not be processed until a week before my departure. Vietnam was processed within about 10 days.
The initial process was a little daunting and you made the terrible mistake of sending the wrong visa, but the system worked and you rectified the problem very quickly, so we will use you again.

Came through in the end, but was a really scary delay of about 3 weeks ... When I followed up, it then went really fast.

the process was great except for the photo/passport download. the video/instructions did NOT tell you how to get the phone photo the jpeg or other acceptable sites. We all know how to take a picture

Overall, it was a simple process. There was some difficulty with my pictures and truthfully I still don't understand it. I had pictures retaken and had to submit them again. Now lets see if the visa works when I get to Vietnam as I've read about difficulties and hoping I will sail through. If so, I highly recommend this site.
Prices not entirely clear from the start. At the end there are suddenly processing costs of € 22 per person
Hassle free experience The Visa process was quick and easy. Highly recommended. The only issue I had was website was not opening on safari browser but worked on other browsers.
