I was impressed with the customer service after I lodged the Vietnam Visa application, when I realised how must it had cost. I found this site via Google and was a bit silly and assumed it connected to the government. It was only after completing the application I saw on my credit card the cost was much higher than I thought. I do not remember seeing the price come up through the process, but guess it must have been there. I then contacted the customer service team through the chat bot and they were great. We came up with a compromise that suited us both which I was grateful for.

The assistance of the Ivica support crew in cancelling a misleading application by me for Visa on a third-party commercial intermediary (iVica) rather than the official government channel was a saving grace. The support crew were most professional and effective in rectifying this matter.
The entire visa application was very straightforward and professional. The process was expedited quickly and efficiently. The only negative element was that when I searched for the appropriate website to lodge the visa application, the iVisa webpage did not make it clear that this was a third-party company rather than, what I had assumed was, the official government website.

I messed with the application process for over a week trying to personally apply for my visas. I thought why pay a fee to somebody else to do what surely I could do for myself? Was looking for a genuine site that is simply operated & efficiently run. Ticked all those boxes nonchalantly. Response was immediate if you needed to provide information, the final conclusion was reached simply.
the application process is easy and they update every now and then of the progress of your application. the only thing that is not clear is the amount you are paying and the fee is very expensive but then , it might be worth the effort they put in making sure that the visa is process swiftly and correctly.highly recommend, even though its expensive.
