I was impressed with the customer service after I lodged the Vietnam Visa application, when I realised how must it had cost. I found this site via Google and was a bit silly and assumed it connected to the government. It was only after completing the application I saw on my credit card the cost was much higher than I thought. I do not remember seeing the price come up through the process, but guess it must have been there. I then contacted the customer service team through the chat bot and they were great. We came up with a compromise that suited us both which I was grateful for.

I tried for over 3 hours to apply for the Vietnam visa myself. I was so frustrated I told a friend, I can’t waste any more time and had just heard that you have to apply up to 3 weeks in advance!!
