we prob wont use the service again but the price was expensive
The assistance of the Ivica support crew in cancelling a misleading application by me for Visa on a third-party commercial intermediary (iVica) rather than the official government channel was a saving grace. The support crew were most professional and effective in rectifying this matter.
WE found the photo taking very challenging and it took many tries to get a shadow free shot
I was unable to complete the online application without assistance because I got to the travel screen and it was buffering, would not open. I used the chat and received assistance to contact complete by me giving the info in the chat. I received no explanation about why that happened.
I got there in the end but it was a bit of a rigmarole logging in each time, and uploading various images to satisfy requirements was tiresome. At the time I thought is was getting straight into Vietnams visa page. I later found I could have got into their system direct - and at less than half the cost! Others be careful.
E visa appeared in a timely fashion. Wanted to talk to a real person, had a question that couldn’t be answered by computer chat. Very frustrating!
I appreciated that there was an immediate response by mail to my questions about the different steps for my visa.
We used Ivisa in order to avoid stress with the application . Only one of our visas came through in a timely manner, and we received several emails to say there was an issue with the second applicant , but nobody gave a straight answer when asked what the issue was . Our son made his visa application directly to the government department a few days later than us, and received it a number of days before our first one was granted. I would recommend making your application directly through the governments own channels , it’s faster and you will save yourself the €50+ admin fee charged by Ivisa.
On line status tool doesn’t work. Only way to get order status is to contact customer service, who does respond quickly!
I am frustrated at sending multiple photos of passport. All photos I have sent are easy to see and read. Not sure why the personnel are having a hard time reading the forms. The back and forth sending documents are cutting into the time needed before my flight. I would recommend starting early to ensure there are no issues with the agency to submit the documents to the government.
We had difficulties with the point of exit. My travel companion and I received different informations ...
I’m very confused about what items to submit. I received email that I need to complete my items but when I clicked on the links; it doesn’t tell me what
Delay I paid an extra money to speed up the process, but I didn't received my Visa in 3 days as I request. Due to that, it was necessary to cancel my trip and postpone in one week.
I had real problems with the website and could not upload documents. It was necessary to call the help line who were extremely helpful but the website problem was irritating and the process took much longer than it should have done as I had to email the documents to the helper for her to attach them.
Good service. HOWEVER . . . Disappointed with the high charges which were 'justified' in an email reply to my query. NOT entirely happy that I found out afterwards that for the period we are spending in Cambodia, we do NOT actually need a visa! iVisa should have been upfront about this and also stated what the charges would be for their service, and offered an OPTION for the customer to consider.
It was more difficult than what I originally thought by filling out and preparing everything. Hopefully it's all correct now. THANKS
The iVisa team were really quick at replying to my emails expressing concerns which was nice as it actually meant I was kept updated with what was going on. However, there was some delays in getting my Visa to me and with my flight next day it was worrying that I might have to spend more money on a Visa at the airport. The iVisa team managed to sort my application out on the morning of my flight thankfully.
We purchased and sent in documentation for 6 visas for Vietnam. All of them arrived in the 5 day window except 1. While I realize the company has no control over the government's approval and assignment of visas, I was left unsatisfied with the communication provided by customer service. I received vague and conflicting information in regards to the status of the pending visa.
Ultimately I got the visa I sought. However providing an acceptable picture was a tremendous hassle. I had to resubmit multiple times for acceptance. It wasn’t until I demanded a refund to seek my visa elsewhere that I received some decent advice.
I payed more to get an answer in 12 hours and it took almost a week
The site is easy to navigate; Processing is quick including receipt and acknowledgement for my purchase and payment. I am giving 3 stars as I question the transparency of its purpose and mission. Fine prints in the end of the email receipt tells me that I have to pay another $25.00 in the immigration window at the port of entry for Visa stamp? I later checked other sites such as the Vietnamese Visa and they are only charging $3.80 (89,000 Vietnamese Dong) for the online process, versus $20.00 this site charged me. If maybe I misunderstood this process, I am willing to retract my 3 stars and change to 5.
There seams to be dicrepancy in the duration of processing time. The webpage states 24h normal buisness day for USD 45. However, After 24H I received letter with appologies. That can happen by dealing with governments. Though after chatting with online agents, the standard processing time seams not clear. One agent says 5 the other 1 day ... but can be delyed. I recommend a clear statement on the webpage, that it cannot be guaranteed within 24h. However, I received the Visa just before travel starts - after 4 buisness days.
The experience was easy enough but their automated emails need an editor. Misspellings etc make the service seem less legit. Customer service was responsive and we got our visa papers quickly.
I had problems with not receiving my visas within 5 working days. Then when i checked the status of my visa on the website it says completed and email sent. I had not received the email with the visas. iT also says that i can download the visa from the website and I was unable to do that. This matter was resolved by Angela by sending the visas to me through chat. I was rather disappointed with the problems that i encountered. We got there in the end
Requested visa for two individuals. Needed to provide additional information because the line on primary location is inadequate when one is travelling to multiple places with multiple tour companies. Once information was provided, we received the visa in a timely fashion however one was processed with the correct dates and the second was not. Attention to detail should be high on expectations when it comes to visa. Waiting for them to be reissued with the proper date on both.
The software to upload a photo does not seems to work this well and it took several efforts to get the photo submitted; other than that, great service, thank you!
The process was quick, but I think 30$ for the paperwork for the Visa is too expensive.
Some difficulty as I have used another visa program with a lot less detail in the past. Still haven’t received the approval letter and am getting quite anxious as payment has gone through.
3 star is average - acceptable. However, the score could have been better except for a poor review. I submitted my application with my new passport information, but accidentally sent a copy of my old passport due to some internet problems. The old passport was used by iVisa in my visa for Vietnam (this should have been caught either by comparing to my application, or noting that it only had one month remaining after I am due to arrive in Vietnam. Part my fault for sure -- I inadvertently sent a copy of my old passport. But with any reasonable review on iVisa's part, this should have been caught. .
I had to miss a flight because a visa was not issued within the time that I paid for (super rushed amount). Help response was slow through email. However, live chat was slightly more useful, and I was reimbursed the portion of money that I paid for the super-rushed tier. I would like to think that my experience is one of the rarer ones, and understand that there are some factors that might be beyond the control of the staff. Keep up the good work in such a tough line of work! (:
