When online, the team was quite responsive, they did solve an issue that I was having, and they checked things over to make sure that things were accurate before submitting our documentation. We remain optimistic that our Visa will be approved. I did not give a 5 star as I had wanted to speak with someone and that was not possible...still all in all, it went quite well

I needed to make a number of edits to the Visa application. The online staff were very helpful. I requested the changes and they were made and I got to review the changes before they were sent. The Vietnamese government accepted our Visas within two days of change. I will refer to your services.
My travel visa cost considerably less than going directly through the government. I was kept well updated on its progress and it arrived far quicker than was predicted.

Ivisa constantly sent me reminders to complete the online visa forms I had to finalise before my visa could be processed. It was easy and the reminders (even though I was waiting for info from our travel agent) helped keep me on track. They did all the hard work, their fees were not high and the constant reassuring emails put me at ease.

I got there in the end but it was a bit of a rigmarole logging in each time, and uploading various images to satisfy requirements was tiresome. At the time I thought is was getting straight into Vietnams visa page. I later found I could have got into their system direct - and at less than half the cost! Others be careful.

Application Process The application process was easy to navigate and I liked the fact that if your picture or passport info wasn’t acceptable, you were notified quickly so you can re-submit again. I also liked that our visas came quickly.

Very simple. However, more info was required and so an email was sent to me requesting this. As it was urgent, and SMS would have been better. Went right to the wire, but visa came through late Friday night. Leaving Monday.
iVisa is a great tool to use to get Visas into different countries of the world. It's user friendly if the user knows what they're doing and I don't, but was able to figure it out eventually. I'm tech ignorant so it was a bit of a challenge. iVisa was a big help using the chat portion of the website. I advise to all this is a great app to use.
Ivisa people were very helpful. I got very stressed trying to meet the requirements, only because they asked me a photo over and over and I hadn't realized that a second photo couldn't be the passport photo. Once I read the fine print, I realized what was needed,.
I had to try a few times until I was able to submit , then it wasn't that hard.
Easy to understand application, nice to have a chat robot in case of questions. Simple directions to fix anything that needed fixing.
The only frustration was I didn’t have all the required information when I commenced the process.
The form was fairly easy to fill out, but I didn’t like you had to PAY BEFORE you even had a chance to know everything you would need to have. Different Visa needed different sizes of photos, addresses for the hotels, etc Being on a group travel itinerary,, we had the names of possible hotel or alternative, with no confirmation and then having to look up the addresses. Attaching passport and photos was no problem, but real confusion of what the question about an ID was ? Knowing the questions ahead, would make it less stressful if we had all our information ahead of filling in the form.. Knowing the time schedule ie. I filled out forms early to avoid a last minute issue only to discover the Cambodian Visa would not be processed until a week before my departure. Vietnam was processed within about 10 days.
I was able to apply for my visa from home and the process went quickly.
E visa appeared in a timely fashion. Wanted to talk to a real person, had a question that couldn’t be answered by computer chat. Very frustrating!
The initial process was a little daunting and you made the terrible mistake of sending the wrong visa, but the system worked and you rectified the problem very quickly, so we will use you again.
