Twice, a country's Visa requirements have changed after I submitted and paid to iVisa the government fees. Both times I requested to cancel the Visa request and both times iVisa refunded my money in less than a week. Also iVisa has consistently responded to my questions within two days or sooner, usually same day or overnight.

the process was great except for the photo/passport download. the video/instructions did NOT tell you how to get the phone photo the jpeg or other acceptable sites. We all know how to take a picture

Overall, it was a simple process. There was some difficulty with my pictures and truthfully I still don't understand it. I had pictures retaken and had to submit them again. Now lets see if the visa works when I get to Vietnam as I've read about difficulties and hoping I will sail through. If so, I highly recommend this site.

We used Ivisa in order to avoid stress with the application . Only one of our visas came through in a timely manner, and we received several emails to say there was an issue with the second applicant , but nobody gave a straight answer when asked what the issue was . Our son made his visa application directly to the government department a few days later than us, and received it a number of days before our first one was granted. I would recommend making your application directly through the governments own channels , it’s faster and you will save yourself the €50+ admin fee charged by Ivisa.

I needed a second single entry visa for Vietnam for a return fligght from Ho Chi Minh after leaving the country and returning. A nightmare to get someone to understand a pretty basic requirement. Over 80 emails back and forth unti my request was properly understood. Staff good for one single entry but just do no generally understand the process for a second single entry.
On line status tool doesn’t work. Only way to get order status is to contact customer service, who does respond quickly!
iVisa was super easy and simple to apply for our visa. I was really stressed when the embassy online visa payment was not going through and our travel dates were getting closer. I wasn’t able to get through to our closest embassy for assistance. I happened to find iVisa by googling. Read the reviews and decided to try it.
