This site is legit I was hesitant at first to use them only because I've dealt with scam visa sites before but once I see "CNN" I assumed it must have creditablty and sure enough it was official!! Paid for standard 8 days and received my visa within 4 days!

I am frustrated at sending multiple photos of passport. All photos I have sent are easy to see and read. Not sure why the personnel are having a hard time reading the forms. The back and forth sending documents are cutting into the time needed before my flight. I would recommend starting early to ensure there are no issues with the agency to submit the documents to the government.

My birthday is not correct on my Visa and I cannot get in touch with a person to have it corrected. I leave on November 7 and I don't think the Vietnam government will permit me in.
This was my second experience with i.visa. The process was easy to follow except for sending the photo and copy of the passport. The instruction that reads do not send two emails, confused me so I attached photo and copy of passport to one email, and then had to send the passport again....No problem...just a little confusing!!!

I ordered express getting the Visa within 5 days, but it was taken 10 days. That fee is expensive and meaningless in this time. Please return that fee to me.

Applied for a 'super rushed' 3-day visa. Visa has only just been approved a week later, and have only been refunded half of the £300. Now struggling to re enter the country to make our visas viable. Little to no support on what to do as the '24/7' contact button on site doesn't work. Had no response from email.

The team is quick in responding to queries. But there is no proactiveness in keeping us informed on the progress, and reaching out to authorities in case of unexpected delays. Also, if I get a new person answering the query, there is a communication gap in keeping each other updated on prior conversations around an application. With the service charges being 200% of the visa charges alone, I would expect to have some advantage than if I had applied for the visa independently. This was certainty not the case. I am not likely to use your services again

Took more than 7 days (more than the 5 days advertised on the website). Resulted in us having to cancel our trip. Next time we will go direct to the government website instead of using an agency. Lonely Planet should not be recommending agencies. All of those recommended in the current (2022) version are kaput.
