IVisa I have found on numerous applications has made my travelling a lot easier …Some applications can be complicated and stressful. When engaging with IVisa team , they make sure that everything is correct. The WhatsApp message communication is very efficient …I find the Visa Service fee to be reasonable knowing that my application is being processed professionally and promptly.
An expensive service, but you are in good hands. I didn't fill out the form correctly and their customer service helped me fix it. Customer Service is only available via chat and it took some time to fix the issue.

The experience was very good but I thought it was expensive for one time entry to Vietnam.
Very good overall with regular updates on processing stages. The initial application process via the phone app was a little bit "clunky" at times but I understand the importance of all information being accurate.
I tried for over 3 hours to apply for the Vietnam visa myself. I was so frustrated I told a friend, I can’t waste any more time and had just heard that you have to apply up to 3 weeks in advance!! Ok, luckily I found iVisa and paid, to me, a reasonable amount (yes, free is better, but, the questions were very clear, the feedback was clear and 7 days lter I was approved. IVisa takes the worry out of Visa applications. They check your documents during the process and let you know by WhatsApp if anything needs to be attended to. The process is straightforward, just make sure your documents are valid and follow the prompts. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to complete . The Ivisa cost is not cheap but also not expensive for the service you receive. By Ivisa reviewing and accepting your application it is almost sure your Visa will be granted . Doing it on the Government website, it is easy to make a mistake and possibly get a delay or a rejection at worst. It was a little bit complicated but I understand you have to make sure who goes to your country.

Interface is very user friendly; the easiest to use and understand; and the overall process is very fast.
Was quite easy to fill the form, definitely expensive compared to other sites. There should be a bigger difference with delivery time. Regular 12 days, Rush 10 days ( should be 7) there’s also a 3 days super rush. We ask for rush and received our visa in 4 days. That’s great! The process was easy, thanks

My (Patricia) visa came through very quickly. Mike's, on the other hand, took much longer and dealing with AI was very frustrating... it kept repeating email content and questions even when it had acknowledged receipt of the application.
Not upfront on how much extra you charge compared to the direct visa websites. I was charged $480 when direct it was $50 that is far beyond a reasonable service up charge
Just very easy & the last time I used them.. I received my visa in a very timely manner. So, I’m back to use them again.
Well I found out that a visa to Vietnam through the government or right channels cost a fraction of the cost we paid for the visa through this. I will be very careful next time and will not be recommending this website for anyone. Once again a hard lesson to learn but one I’ve learnt the hard way.

We finished putting our applications in last Tuesday. Received our visa on Monday three business days after. Very impressive.

I was unable to complete the online application without assistance because I got to the travel screen and it was buffering, would not open. I used the chat and received assistance to contact complete by me giving the info in the chat. I received no explanation about why that happened.
The website froze on me and I had to restart several times, it was also expensive!
