I had entered the wrong travel dates for the visa. The staff were able to correct it. Just seemed like it was busy as responses felt slow.
Help and service was good but when questions asked, the answers appeared to be generic and answers were not given fully
Acutall the service is good also the speedness of the process however i felt that the processing fee was slightly high. But overall experience, it is good
After a little confusion regarding a discount they had to apply, and that was resolved quickly and efficiently by the customer service, say that the treatment has been impeccable. The visa arrived without problems. Recommended page!

The support was great all the way. The only thing is that I chose the super urgent application because I was last minute, and I steed of 8hrs, it took more like 10-11. I had to ask directly by mail to get the letter, because on the site I got it 1hour later. Also it's much more expensive than other places

Not enough information provided by site. The site does not provide enough information about when the visa will commence and when it can be used. If it had I would have sought an earlier commencement date to give me flexibility in travel plans
It took longer then promised to get the Visa but I just got it in time. Help line was good but could not really help.
There was a delay and I didn't get my visa on time. But at the airport they allowed me to purchase a visa at customs. Despite the problem, I visa was good to work with and readily refunded me
Good customer service, be careful with the dates of your travel and take care with the details of the Visa in your flight company.
I applied for an urgent visa to Vietnam. The agency did the paperwork very fast but the government approval took more than expected. I wouldn't be able to board the plane so I wrote to the agency and the agent helped me to get the visa in 15 minutes so I still was able to travel.
UPDATE: Although I was initially denied a refund for the visas that arrived later than I'd expected, a Help Desk supervisor called me shortly thereafter and apologized. He agreed that the webcopy could make expectations clearer & that I should have received immediate notification when it became apparent that we'd be waiting several hours due to time zone differences. And, because as assurance that our experience was atypical, they refunded our ENTIRE fee for expediting the visas! Considering that the visas still arrived as quickly as possible (which I understood once the delay explained to us), I am a very satisfied customer! ------ My group of seven applied for the three-hour visa option, described like this: "3 hours - the soonest we can get you a visa." However, since we could also have selected the 12-hour visa option, it seemed reasonable to assume that we would receive our visas in 3–12 hours. Otherwise, we reasoned, we would only have to pay the 12-hour visa expedition cost. Not so. When I reached out after 7 hours to ask about our visa status, I was told that we wouldn't receive them for another 6 hours at the earliest. When I asked for a refund, I was told that three hours is only their promise for ivisa's processing of our request & hand-off to the government. It did not include however long the government took to actually issue the visa. I understand that realities of governmental processes are what they are. However, iVisa should be more transparent about what their various claims actually mean.
Just get shocked why my personal data is shown in the documents with all other applicants as well? Any privacy concern here?
The online application process was so easy and the costs were good value for money. I had an issue with getting a posted copy but was refunded promptly. Have recommended this service to my family and friends
It took too long to get approval letter as I applied on 8th Feb.2019 and getting it on 6th April. It should be on first come first serve basis. Thanks
Quick service. Good information via email. Low cost. Only issue was ease of website. Could not figure out how to add additional documentation at a later date.

i vias were quick to respond to my enquiry,regarding a delay ,but be I was expecting to get an individual approval letter But it came with 15 other peoples as well .So I was shocked to have my passport number and personal details shared with everyone.Apparently this is how the Government in Vietnam does it .So much for online Security.!! I suggest that ivisa should explain the procedure so people can be aware of it .

Update: within minutes of posting my review, I received 2 emails. One stating I was being refunded $28 which means my visa costed me $45, not the $63 I originally paid. The second email was from David, the Director of Operations and Customer Service. He was super helpful and explained that I was issued a visa and they have an email template issue that they are working on. He was super helpful and very fast at responding to all my concerns and issues. Basically it was a misunderstanding that he clarified to beyond my expectation and satisfaction. I will use them the next time I travel back to VN. DO NOT get an evisa from them. It is a rip off. I paid $63 USD for a letter on arrival that they charge $25 for. I paid an extra $45 to bypass the line up and paying the $25 stamp fees hence the evisa and not letter on arrival. I have emailed back and forth with Angela and asked the additional cost difference between the two types that they are selling. She said that I am not paying twice but refused to answer my questions about the additional cost difference between the two types. I have traveled to Vietnam before and had used different services. This one was the first that came up on google and I clicked on it. My mistake. I will never use them again. I could have gotten my letter for $10 on another site but was charge $63 and they refuse to refund the difference or acknowledge their business practice.
Good fast straightforward service. Just wish there was a smaller processing fee.

Everything went well except for the delay in receiving which I thought would be only five days. Would certainly use this service again. I have not received the iVisa yet. It should be coming in the mail soon.

There was a delay because of some mixup. I requested a VOA, and received email that my EVISA was incomplete.
After a load of sress by not getting our visas uo to the morning of travel as the embassy only cleared one out of three the persistence and help of David was much appreciated Many thanks David

The website was easiest enough to use but it said I would receive it within 1 business day which was 24 hours 7 days a week. I waited 24 hours and kept checking but it did not arrive. I went to the airport and was told I couldn’t board the plan without the preapproval letter. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue and all of a sudden it shows up in my inbox. But I was almost extorted $170 USD by the Cambodia Angkor Air representative to get it from a local travel agent in Cambodia in the meantime. I didn’t appreciate the stress it should have just been in my inbox within 24 hours as advertised. Plus I could only contact customer service online since they were closed in the US.
