This electronic visa is valid for tourism, business, medical, transit, and cultural visits. It’s available to citizens of over 90 countries and is valid for single entry with a stay of up to 30 days.
You must apply at least 3 business days before your trip, but we recommend applying at least two weeks in advance to avoid issues.

This visa allows entry for short-term business-related activities such as conferences, meetings, or trade fairs. It is also issued as a single-entry visa, valid for up to 30 days.
You must provide a business invitation letter from an Azerbaijani entity and prove you are not taking up employment in the country.
Purpose: The Azerbaijan eVisa is for foreign nationals visiting for tourism, leisure, or family visits. It also covers medical treatment, science, sports, and business meetings.
When to apply: t’s recommended to apply at least 3 to 5 working days in advance.
Duration and extensions: The visa allows a stay of up to 30 days within a 90-day validity window. It is generally non-extendable; visitors must exit the country and re-apply if they wish to return.
Entries: The standard eVisa is issued for a single entry only.
Ports of entry: Holders can enter through all international airports (including Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku) and designated land border crossings.
Delivery format: Approved eVisas are sent via email as a PDF. You must carry a printed copy to present alongside your passport at border control.
This is a physical sticker visa for those not eligible for an eVisa or those requiring a multiple-entry permit for business, education, or labor. It allows a stay of up to 90 days for single entry, while multiple-entry versions are valid for up to 2 years.

The Transit Visa is for travelers passing through Azerbaijan to a third country by air, rail, or other transport. It is issued for single or double entries, allowing a stay of up to 5 days within a 30-day validity period.

These visas are for foreign government officials, diplomats, and members of international missions traveling to Azerbaijan on official state business. They are granted for single or multiple entries, with validity typically matching the duration of the official assignment or invitation.

The TRP is for foreigners establishing a long-term presence for work, high-value investment (minimum AZN 500,000), or family reunification. It is generally valid for 1 year and can be renewed annually for up to 5 years.

The PRP is for individuals who have resided in Azerbaijan under a TRP for at least two consecutive years and meet specific investment or family criteria. It is valid for 5 years and is renewable.
