How to apply for a Mexico Visa from Pakistan

While we at iVisa don't currently offer this visa, you can apply in the following ways:

Go to the Mexican government website and follow the instructions.
Reach out to your nearest Mexican Embassy or Consulate.

The application process involves filling out an application form, submitting supporting documents, and picking up your passport from the Embassy or Consulate with the visa sticker.

Do Pakistani citizens also need a Tourist Card (FMM) for Mexico?

Yes.

On top of a visa, all arrivals from Pakistan must also have a Tourist Card. This is not a visa, but a registration to make the immigration process upon arrival a lot smoother. The registration involves filling out your contact details and itinirary, and more.

Important: Make sure to register for the correct one: the Tourist Card for air arrivals or Tourist Card for land border arrivals.

How to get your Mexico Tourist Card from Pakistan

As mentioned, there's a small difference between the Tourist Card for air or land arrivals. Here's how to get the correct one:

Arriving by plane: If you're flying to Mexico, an Tourist Card - Air is mandatory. Though iVisa doesn't provide the Air Tourist Card, you can easily obtain it on your flight to Mexico or upon arrival before you go through immigration checks.
Arriving through land borders: While you can get the Tourist Card - Land at the border, you can also register before you go on the government website or through our platform. This makes sure you're fully prepared for your trip - keeping travel stress to a minimum.

How much does the Tourist Card cost?

The Mexico Tourist Card is free. You can fill it out online on the government website, through iVisa (land border crossing only) or at the airport/in the airplane.

Do children also require a Mexican visa and Tourist Card?

Yes, kids also need a visa and Tourist Card. Parents/legal guardians can fill out the application on their behalf.
